My fav target… I love their clearance rack. They always have the Olay “Fearless Artist” Bodycare Collection…Inspiration meets the canvas

Returns and exchanges was quick and simple with little hassle. But the men's department was disaster as far as tidiness and cleanliness goes. Very unsanitary. But employees are super nice and helpful

Big store with everything you need. It has two floors so be sure to check out the signage to find what you're looking for. Employees were great.

MICHAEL the guy who was wearing all grey maybe a supervisor or head of security or probably just a regular employee help me today. whatever his position is, i thank him with all my heart. he went about and beyond for me today. i really appreciated what he did for me. so this is what happened. my cousin’s car wouldnt start and the alarm went off in the parking lot. at this point, i was very scared because i dont know what’s wrong with the car. i know people started look at mcar. everytime i touch the car it would make a loud alarm noise. i couldnt leave the parking lot. i facetimemy cotousin. he told me the battery in the remote needs to be replace. i went inside and ask for help from the employee to know where the battery is at. i also ask if i could buy a screwdriver. so i talked to 3 employees at this point. unfortunately battery was not available and they dont sell screwdriver. MICHAEL saw me and he ask someone else to scan the barcode to see if they have the battery in the back. the lady said they dont have it at all. i have to go to a different store. well, i couldnt leave cause i cant drive the car. MICHAEL went to the back and look for it. he found it and have a set of screwdriver. he installed it for me. i thank him a lot before i left. sometimes, for some people doing things like this is almost nothing out of being genuinely kind but to somebody its the biggest thing. today, its the biggest help i got and it made a huge difference on my day. thank you MICHAEL. we need more people like you. i want TARGET to know what you did and i know from my heart that your a good person not just because you help me replace my battery but because i know you cared. now im writing this review in the parking lot before i leave. again, thank you so much MICHAEL. 🙏🏼

The basic full length mirror (13.5” x 49.5”) I got from Target is as cheap as from Walmart and cheaper than other stores (Home Depot). The price is $7 pre-tax. Target stores are much closer to me than Walmart because most of Walmart stores in Chicago closed permanently in 2023.

Great store. I hate shopping so quick service is key to my buying experience.

Great place to go for your everyday items in the south-loop, no hassle return policy, having a cvs and Starbucks is plus

Interaction with checkout staff is always great. Most times this location gets you checked out quickly.

It is a pretty good a lot of times the food can be lacking but as far as everything else it's got it all baby

My 2nd home literally and the workers are just as sweet as pie always willing to help out or assist of the littlest things.

Well spread display of things. Easily accessible, centrally located. Overall a great shopping experience.

This place is very convenient, organized ( ex: beauty, medications, cleaning supplies are all downstairs, while electronics and home decor are upstairs.) They have friendly and helpful staff and the pharmacy is pretty helpful as well. In fact, this is one of the main places I shop at for beauty needs for my allergies.

I had the best experience here yesterday. We live nearby so we do come here often, but I was super impressed by the customer service I received. We were looking for a specific tree that was showing in stock and I was told to go ask at customer service (there weren’t any out but it showed online they had it). Customer service not only confirmed they had the tree, they actually sent someone to go find one for us (even though I offered to place an online order and come back the next day if necessary). I was so happy and impressed they were able to get the tree for us and everyone was so kind and helpful.
