GREAT STAFF! I cannot express anymore how friendly and helpful they are. Came in and bought some necessities and had an issue with one of the snacks that I bought and they accommodated me without second guessing! Highly recommend. Great selection of items in store as well!

Extremely well maintained. Clean environment..shelfs well stocked. Staff and manager are always friendly..helpful. professional and personable.

This is a gem I heard about from co-workers. This market has such a vast selection. Those moments when you need 1 thing!! Easily accommodated here. From fresh produce,to organic nuts,every variety of snacks!! THE DELI!!! OHHH MY!!! the vegan sandwiches are a dream!!!for the meat lovers the selection may look small,but that is a illusion!! You too will be satisfied.This market is very well kept and stocked. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. You won't be DISAPPOINTED....ONLY IF YOU DON'T EXPERIENCE SOUTH LOOP MARKET.

This is a nice little market, with very polite staff. They have a small deli with very fresh meat and cheese. They actually hand make the sandwiches and salads that at other stores would just be prepackaged food from a warehouse. The best part about this place for me is there front aisle of chocolate, candy, and nuts that they put together themselves in nice sealed containers. The gummy bears are the best gummy bears I have ever tasted in my life, they are full of flavor and have the perfect type of firmness to them. If you shop at the South Loop Market you will not leave disappointed.

This was the only place still open at 11:45pm on a Saturday & we were out of bread for breakfast. This place saved the day. They have organic or whole wheat etc. And not just bread but cheese, milk etc etc. Prices are decent. Not a full supermarket but good selections for their petite size.

It has been awhile since I have been there like around before the pandemic started. Had a client that lived across the street from them would take my client there she believed in helping small business and keeping them going.
Since she left the area I have not been to The South Loop Market they took care of my client Mrs. HELEN KENNEDY A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN SHE TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY.
THE PEOPLE AT SOUTH LOOP KNEW WHAT SHE WANTED WHEN SHE CAME IN TO THERE STORE. AND ALSO KEPT AN EYE ON HER When one of the caregivers was verbally abusing her they would let me know what had happened

Staff is always friendly. I usually get a breakfast sandwich and a latte. They have a huge selection of items that you can never find at 7-11 or Trader Joes. Location is everything and I understand that we pay for convenience. I dislike going to jewels and next option apart from here is all the way to west pilsen.
It’s great to have this location in the area.

Clean store with big variety. A little bigger than a convenience store. They have Antioxidant Smart water and that’s pretty much what I bought there. I’ve walked through it and there’s everything you might need or want. It’s nicely located to the hotel we stayed at so it was nice.

Friendly greeting when entering. Awesome selection of organic products. Jimmy special roast beef sandwich was yummy! All three employees where helpful, informative and uplifting!

I stop here on the regular for a quick coffee and sometimes food. All of the employees are chipper af and very helpful. They also have a strangely wide variety of ice cream.

Have lived next door since they opened here and they are always smartly stocked. The usual guy behind the sandwich counter makes one of the breakfast sandwiches I’ve had outside of a NYC bodega (if that’s your jam) and does a really stellar job.

Great variety for a small market.

They have so much diversity of foods, deli items, homemade and baked, wines and liquor assortment. Always discovering new items to try. AND, most of all the people working at this location are AMAZING.

I am so glad South Loop Market exists! I've lived on the block for years and there really wasn't anywhere bodega-like for blocks. SLM has a fantastic wine/beer selection; there are organic-y staples (e.g., Halo Top, Amy's pizza, good popcorn, Frontera chips, kombucha, etc., etc.); there's a nice little produce section with decent cilantro, tomatoes, potatoes, etc.; there's a great (modest) deli with the best fresh-made guac and pico de gallo in the Loop. The guys who run it are cool and it's clean and I like it there. Thanks, SLM, and good luck!

Very clean, and updated, I went in because Boars Head an option and in my opinion versus Jewel, and Trader Joe’s, that earns my business.

Was a cute little market. Had all of the things we needed. Friendly staff and would come again if we were staying in town longer

Had a great selection of local beers that we are not able to buy in Saint Louis. Quick and easy to get in and get out.

Great, friendly customer service and always comes through in a pinch!

Love this grocer. Their shelves are always stocked, their produce is fresh and they always have what I need.
