Walking Comfort Shoes

This was my first time in Walking Comfort and it was a great experience. The employees there were friendly and informative, yet not pushy. They helped me find what I needed and showed me several options to choose from. The prices on these shoes are high, but they are very good quality. I will definitely go back again.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and fun. I have had neuropathy for 20+ years and I am poofy. The staff at Walking Comfort were able to help me find the perfect slip on shoe for this summer. My feet also tend to swell in the summer. They were able to point me on the direction of the Glolily sneaker-like shoe. They have great support, allowed for swelling without being constricted and when my feet were fine they still fit. Kaylee was able to help me pick the 9.5 even though I usually wear a 9. This has been perfect spring/summer shoe. It allowed a little wiggle room without being floppy and loose. They also allow a bit of air through the fabric. No hot, sweaty foot for me! I usually step out of my shoes the moment I get home, but It takes me a bit longer to take these off because I do not feel a need to take them off the second I walk in the door. I enjoyed talking with Kaylee and the fact she took in consideration of my needs and wants in a shoe. I found the perfect yellow tie dyed shoe for summer! However, I went in to just to see what was available and found my fun summer shoes but was thrilled to see they carried some of my favorite brands like Keen, Birkenstock, Teva, and Dansko! They have a wonderful selection and service is top notch. The staff was terrific! I was able to communicate with them as to what type of shoes I was looking for and they were able to hit me with the right pair!

I have a job where I'm on my feet all day and I appreciate the extra effort they take to ensure a proper fit and ask the right questions to get me comfortable shoes

A fabulous store for women's shoes. I had no idea there were so many cute shoes with good support. If you have any type of feet problems or just want to wear good support you should check this place out. I really like their Draper store.

I had the BEST experience today! I am recovering from major back surgery and I needed a great pair of sneakers due to the fact I have to start walking everyday. Alyssa was the salesman who helped me and she was WONDERFUL! I couldn't put the shoes on myself and she was gracious enough to do it for me and she was so gentle and kind. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. I found the perfect pair of shoes. I'll admit the prices are high but you are paying for quality. I also loved the fact that Walking Comfort gives a 30 day guarantee. It put my mind at ease. I will be going there again for my next pair and telling everyone about the store. Good job guys!!

I love all my new shoes! I've been wearing them for a few weeks and they are so comfortable. The sales rep was so patient with me and gave me great recommendations. I have had foot pain for years and it can be really hard to find something just right, but they were so helpful!

Great place to buy shoes! If you need supportive running or dress shoes start here and you won't go anywhere else. Started by a local podiatrist so his patients could have a local solution, they have grown because they put the customer needs first

I have shopped here for over 10 years and I have never been "sold" a pair of shoes. they take the time to find out what each customer needs and what shoe would fit that need.

My husband's shoes were on back order until October. There were several delays, but the sales representatives never made any excuses. They called the company and researched the problem thoroughly. When the shoes didn't come in on the scheduled day, the manager apologized and offered me a pair of free socks. The shoes arrived the following day. I was very impressed with their excellent customer service!

This store has great shoes! They are on the more pricy side, but it is worth it. The shoes they stock are good quality and have good support and they don’t wear out after a month, they will actually last you a long time. If you have foot pain or are going on a trip where you need good walking shoes, check this place out. The staff is always very friendly. I have gone in and tried on many different pairs of shoes and the staff has always been so helpful getting different shoes for me to try and answering my questions. They have everything from exercise shoes, dress shoes, hiking shoes, and sandals. This is where I like to go when I buy my shoes.

The staff is very helpful and they are very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of high quality shoes and the insoles they fit to my favorite Doc Martens have lasted over 2 years and still work great they are super comfortable. You get what you pay for when it comes to shoes and these guys deliver. They also price match online retails so you can buy local.

Good selection of solid, good quality shoes. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is where you go to find shoes if the big box quality shoes are not doing it for your feet. They sell both athletic and dress shoes for men and women. Not hard to find and plenty of parking.

These are the third and fourth pair of shoes I've bought from Walking Comfort. I have foot pain and have suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past so I need really good quality shoes with good arch support. Michelle and Rose took as much time as I needed to look around the store and try on different brands and sizes to find exactly what I needed. They were patient while I explained my needs, and offered many suggestions to accommodate me. if you are in the market for a good quality pair of shoes, this is the place to go!

I am very impressed with the customer service here. Unlike a lot of shoe stores this one is all about helping you find the right shoe for whatever your doing. I work at a job where I am walking on cement pavement for hours and my feet hurt. I heard this place could help. I went in and was greeted by an employee who once I told her what I needed helped me identify options I could pick. I eventually got insoles for my shoes and her recommendation has made my feet stop hurting from walking so much. They do sell nice brands like Ecco and Clarks so don't be surprised when the shoes are $100+.

Nothing but the most comfortable shoes are sold here. I started buying my business shoes here and soon started trying casual shoes as well. To this point I have purchased 5+ pairs of shoes and have had nothing but good experiences. The brands they carry are all top notch and have held up very well for me in all conditions.
Only place I buy shoes now.

The Draper store was fantastic! The staff was so friendly, (Cade and Lori) very knowledgeable and patient! 5 stars! I wold go back 100 times. However the Centerville store had almost no selection, the staff wasn't friendly and weren't helpful. 3 stars. Quality of shoes are fantastic at both locations, if they have any in the back your size.
