I bought a chatpad which i ended up not wanting in the end.. Dez was so nice and so helpful. she returned my item…and i had brought other things to trade in… she took almost every item! She was honestly top notch. she problem solves for YOU as the customer! Highly recommend

The guy at the store today was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and all around amazing at his job. It has been years since I have gone to a GameStop, but now, I think I will be going regularly again if this is the level of service they now have.

One of the stores that has renewed my faith in this franchise. The staff actually knows what they're talking about, instead of pushing games that I don't want to touch with a 10 foot pole. They are also very nice and acknowledge my children as well. This is very important to me now that I'm showing my kids the ways of video games. Glad for new management and great staff.

Alex was so awesome to work with. It’s a breath of fresh air to find someone who is reasonable and understanding in retail. I will definitely shop here more often because of him!

So, been to many gamestop stores, this one was like all the others, and in one way stood out completely. I missed the release date on a game and it was sold out. I explained that the game is for a birthday present for my son. The manager had one copy saved for himself, and he then sold it to me. Great customer service, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases

I certainly am a big fan of Gamestop. For the obvious reasons like amazing selection, friendly environment, lots to look at for the browsers as well as rare and exotic game accessories. But the main reason i like Gamestop is because the employees that are hired have a very vast knowledge of not only the games, but also each of the consoles and the hardware, software, networks and specs that go along with them. So when you go in to buy a new console you can expect to walk out fully understanding the basics at least of what you just purchased. That alone is reason enough to give Gamestop a try. Check em out, they do not disappoint.
Now dont hold it against me if you happen to go into a Gamestop and the staff member that helped you was not up to my review standards. There has to be a bad apple in the bunch somewhere, nothing is perfect, cant win it all the time, better luck next time. There is meaning to all these sayings ya know 😁

I had a great experience. I bought a used game for my sister’s birthday, but it wouldn’t read in the console. When I went back they were very helpful, and we were easily able to exchange for a working one.

The employees at this game stop have always been most helpful. Its clean, its run well, and if they don't have what I need its no problem to order it. Good assortment of used games and consuls too.

husband loved the place ! said everyone was nice although some could be more attentive to customers rather then their phone ! watch the specials my husband was charged $37 instead of $14 for a game ! clean inside unlike other game stops

Staff is always quick to assist you when you walk in the doors. If you don’t need anything they give you your space. I have used this place for years and years. Great service.

I went to 5 different GameStop locations and nobody was able to help us but Alex at this location. the best customer service I've ever had. he deserves a raise.

Great selection of games, more available online. They also have geek gear like Pop Funkos, bags, socks, etc. If you have any question about a game, console, or accessory their staff all have a solid head on their shoulders; ask away and they can steer you straight.

The new Manager & Alex is awesome. Super friendly & was great with my daughter. I'll be sure to keep going there..

Phenomenal customer service from Rico and Shelby - both are extremely helpful and assisted not only myself with my purchases and ordering products but they helped my wife order games for her younger brother. Great store!

I always get the best help when I go to Gamestop but this location has hands down been the best one I've been to in awhile. Rico was super nice and attentive and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I had good customer service here and I actually got back more money than I thought I would for my games. I was hesitant to buy GTA used since it was only $10 more but the guy actually showed me a copy that was in mint condition and made sure I liked it before I bought it.
