The Home Depot

This is a great location of the Home Depot. They stored their shopping cart and the big orange cart outside in the snow, but other than that I have no issues with them.
Everything was clean and organized, I was really impressed when the staff knew exactly where something was when I asked. The employee told me the exact aisle location on the shelf and pointed in the right direction.
I’m very appreciative of people who know how to do this kind of stuff, and help me find the pieces that I need very quickly. We’ve also done several returns there, and they do a great and quick job with returns, refunds, and trades for in-store credit.

This is great store with great people. Wynn Wright, their appliance specialist helped us out today and knows an incredible amount of knowledge on each of the appliances. He knew widths, lengths, and heights of just about everything, and all the features in each product we looked at. He was very patient with listening to all our concerns and needs to help get exactly what would suit us the best! Wynn is almost always here and I'm glad I got to meet him today! Extremely knowledgable and professional. Thanks! Great store in general and will be coming here for a very long time.

My husband and I went to Home Depot to buy a chain saw. Nate was very helpful in explaining to us the maintenance required and setting us up with everything we need. Thanks Nate!

Seriously great customer service every time I come. Tonight they went above and beyond. I had a small crew of employees all helping me figure and get what I needed for my home project. They cut down the boards just to the size I needed, pushed my jam packed cart all around the store to help out. Seriously impressed with this location.

I had the unfortunate luck to have the light bulbs in my ceiling fan go out. I bought replacement bulbs at another store and they were too big, then bought more bulbs at the same store but a different size, and they were too small. It was frustrating trying to figure out on a ladder what size bulb I needed. Apparently there are several sizes and trying to measure light bulb sizes which are measured in 1/8 inch increments is close to impossible. Lucky for me I had the bulb I needed so this time I went to Home Depot to find the bulb I needed. An associate immediately helped me find the bulb I needed. The problem was I didn’t want to have to go through this problem again when the bulb died, and I couldn’t tell how he knew it was the right size. The associate then explained I could buy an extension which would allow me to use the more common small size. That LED light bulbs are becoming the norm and they come in two sizes. A light bulb went off in my head. Rather than have to find this rare replacement light bulb in the future I should buy the extension. So I bought 3 for each light in my ceiling fan and sure enough the previously bought smaller lightbulbs fit. Who knew it was so hard to replace a light bulb? I plan on going back and buying more extensions for my other ceiling fan so when I need to replace lightbulbs in the future it’s not so complicated. I’ve never cursed Thomas Edison out so much in my life. I’m grateful for the associate’s help, and no longer dread replacing a lightbulb.

Great prices, great service and selection. We came here to design a bathroom and found designs we absolutely loved! One employee spent nearly 20 mins with us deciding with tiles to buy and what material was best. Very knowledgeable.

Branden was a solid helper when I needed to find lawn mower goods. The store is clean and looks well maintained.

Home Depot is my favorite store. I am a DIYer, and I always find what I need. Always a reasonable selection.

Great experience, every time I go. Everything is clean and organized and if I every have questions they are very helpful and it seems like they keep helping until they find the answer which at times means we had to find one or two other people to get the answer but we got it figured out! One of my favorite stores to go within.

My home away from home. I really like the new self-checkout where you use the hand-held scanner tool yourself. I can checkout much faster compared to Lowes

2 bathrooms in the back of the store. Several stalls, urinals, and sinks. Changing table that isn't in a stall. Manual paper towels.

Nice big home improvement store. Anything you could need they probably have. Lots of name brand items at reasonable prices similar to other stores.

Chris in appliances was very helpful and not pushy.

One of my favorite places to shop. Don't forget to look for online deals shipped to store. Also, if you have a business then sign up for Pro Extra membership for discounts, cash back, and helps with tracking purchases for returns and taxes. It’s amazing what 32 cents in washers will do. Great management. Clever smart cashiers, even the news ones. Down to earth management. They don’t take Apple Pay which is a draw back. What I needed was incredibly easy to find in the organized store. Also great hours of availability into the night.

love Home Depot...beats the hell out of Lowes...Home Depot is a builders and DIY paradise...and its almost impossible to go in this store and not check out the power tools...love it...check this place out and dont forget the power tools!!!

Great customer service. I have been working on a remodel project recently and I’ve made hundreds of visits to this store. Every visit an associate has helped me above and beyond. Associates help me find what I need and provided great instructions. Great job Home Depot!
