Soo helpful! Amazon instructions were difficult to understand and print. They patiently showed me how to return through them on one of my packages. Also, I had another package that I thought was for UPS, and turns out it was USPS. They were still helpful and patient. Really appreciate all of their help.

I visit almost every day, so often that I don’t even have to tell most of the employees my box number. It’s a break in my day that I look forward to. Picking up the mail and having pleasant interactions with everyone there, even if they’re short. Everybody’s nice but I have a favorite. 😂
