Cub - Brooklyn Center Brookdale

I don't come here very often, but to be honest today it shocked me. How clean and organized it was. Much better than Walmart( Closed now).

The best Cub Foods in Brooklyn Park. It’s a Cub, not sure what else to really expect. It has the usual combination of grocery store/pharmacy/deli with the same layout as the Cub in St. Michael. Reasonable prices for reasonable expectations.

It is a nice place to go shopping . They try hard against shoplifter and don’t have the same

It was my first time at this cub.
(I typically shop at the northside cub. But after the security guard wouldnt let my 3 year old use the bathroom-because it was 815 and bathrooms close at 8- and he peed on himself; i will never step foot in there again.)
I was having an extremely overwhelming shopping experience with my children, was being short with them. Just simply from being over stimulated, from being a single parent. My kids were hungry and tired. If you're a parent you know...
A very sweet cashier from another lane, came over after seeing me in distress and my kids crying. And she started distracting them so I could bag my groceries.
She may never know how truly grateful I am for those 5 minutes I was able to bag my groceries in peace. It was the sincerest act of kindness I have experienced. I didn't feel judged or shamed.

It costs $0 to be a decent human.... and she wins...
Give her a raise. 🙌

Great location, clean and always fully stocked. Great service and great customer service. I always shop at this Cub location. Always has what I need. Food is always fresh. And Deli has the best selections.

Very busy store well organized and stocked. Wonderful deli and bakery. Very well staffed.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Shelves are stocked. Looks clean. I can't say I ever had a bad experience and I have been there alot. Big thank you to all that work on the Holidays. I certainly appreciate it, I couldn't tell you how many times you saved the day!

Friendly staff. Clean store and restrooms. Only downfall is the store is no longer open 24hr/7days a week as it had been in the resent past. Nice well stocked store for any of your grocery needs

Very good food. But the security there is out of control. They tried to accuse me of shop lifting twice and I never steal.

I really enjoy shopping at this Cub Store. The store manager, Steve,
is the best store manager I have had the privilege to meet and know
for many years. During Christmas last year, he personally helped customers bagged their groceries and he personally said Thank You to each customer. Steve and staff run one of the best food stores I have had the pleasure to shop for my groceries. Steve is a very hands on store manager. Steve is on the floor stocking shelves and assisting his valued customers. Best selection, price and service in the Brooklyn Center area.

I'm not sure if she still works there, but the old pharmacist was a nightmare. Always angry, she yelled at me once for calling to see when my script would be ready before driving my two kids out there to pick it up 'itll be ready a lot faster if people would stop calling!" Then threw some serious attitude around while I was there too. BUT, Molly (the other pharmacist) has always been absolutely fantastic and is more than deserving of this rating. She called me with some questions and actually remembered my name when I came to pick them up. She was kind and accommodating and I seriously hope to deal with her from now on.

Cindy in bakery is the best. She goes above and beyond to provide great service. I am so sad that she is leaving. Thank you Cindy, I will miss you.

For at least the third time in the last few months someone at this Cub has gone above and beyond trying to help me find something or find a replacement for something. Today a guy checked the shelf and saw my item was out, checked in the back and opened a box on the palette and tracked me down to get me my item. That's why I shop at this Cub.

Great staff and management, they helped me out when an item was stolen from me after I paid for it. I Love My Cub!

I absolutely love the descent $1 section of all knock off brands household cleaners and Tupperware and t.p. and hygiene. Cuz when y need alot of stuff and you are next to broke its stuf4f like that that makes it possible to survive. I wish every Cub Foods had the same selection. But they don't... not even close...

The Deli Staff has been extremely helpful. Today a make sure I had the chicken I needed. And they were very friendly.
