The guy working November 28, 2023 around 4 pm was so great! He was nice enough to postpone his lunch by a few minutes to help me with my online pickup. Super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will be back to shop with him again when he and I both have more time.

Shout-out to Cameron! Really helpful cool guy with a good head on his shoulders. He helped us out with a mountain of trade-ins last time we were there, but he's usually the associate working when we go in and it's always been a nice experience. He did shout-out his store manager for keeping the place together so kudos to the store manager as well!

Cameron is very nice and super helpful. Often he is the only one there. Even when he's overwhelmed with customers his attitude is always positive!

I've been to damn near every Gamestop in Denver but this one stood out for one reason, Dave. This guy greets you as soon as you walk in. It isn't overwhelming or boisterous. It's welcoming and warm. He offers to help and then leaves you to your own devices. I quickly snapped up an Orange joycon because I like customizing them and got a Steam gift card for good measure. The whole visit was a memorable one because this guy knows when to talk and when to lay off. Not everyone is good at reading people. He's a solid store lead and I would recommend anyone in the area to go here just to chat with him. Spend a couple bucks too, Gamestops are still a great brick and mortar choice. You know the ups and downs of retail but if these guys go the way of the dodo, we all lose.

I'm old. I was trying to buy an xbox and a few games for my son and had absolutely no idea what I was doing.. the gentleman behind the counter happily and patiently took the time to explain the details of about 30+ different games so I could make the best choice! He did this without loss of enthusiasm and with great intentions. I can't say enough about my positive experience at this GameStop!

Went in to pre-order a game, and the person working the shop told me it'd be released on game pass. Saving me time and money. Helpful considering they're a business, and making money is the goal. I guess at this location it's all about helping get loyal customers

Just went to find a used PS4. Stephen helped me out and was fantastic. My girlfriend and I had questions about a ton of upcoming games and he was right on the ball helping us out. Very impressed with my visit today and will be back!

By far my favorite Gamestop to shop at. It's constantly clean and organized, and the staff are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Huge shout out to Danielle and Chris (as well as everyone who works so hard there) who are eternally there (seriously, you guys need vacations!) and are always willing to assist me and helpful with my questions. I see how hard you work, and it is very much appreciated by me and my family. YOU GUYS ROCK! High fives all around!

Clean inside and out. In a nice part of town. Easy to find decent prices and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.. I need a new Xbox headset and plan on buying it at this location. All in all its exactly as you would expect. Nothing extravagant and nothing to be leary of... Basically average.

I have came here multiple times for Wii related things and even with a 10 year old system these guys are studs. Spring the store leader helped me pick out games and when I needed to return them and get different ones for my son's skill level there was no hassle what so ever. Will be back!

Amazing customer service provided by Calven. Took really great care of us and made sure we got the best bang for our buck with their sale.

I can always spend way too much here. The selection is top notch.
It may be more expensive that other places, but it's still great to have brick and mortar stores to peruse.

I gotta say this place is amazing. I've been to every game stop in the area and even worked at a few once upon a time. But I've never seen service like this at any of them.

I called my regular gamestop because my new puppy Chrono had just chewed through my PSVR headset cord. They didn't have any replacements in stock so they gave me the number to this store and I'm so glad they did. The woman I talked to on the phone (I sadly can't remember what she said her name was) told me that they didn't have the correct unit in stock, but they had it at the Castle Rock location. She then did what they called a hand-carry from that store to this store.

When I arrived at the store I met Danielle. She was extremely friendly, recommended games to me, chatted with me about cool shirts, game of thrones, and dog names (she seemed to appreciate my naming my dog after Chrono Trigger), and basically upgraded my PSVR. I then let her meet Chrono and he bonded with her immediately. That's how you can tell a good person.

Because of the amazing staff here, this is my new regular gamestop. Thanks again, ladies!

Super nice! I had never bought a game system before, and the staff was really helpful pointing out what would be good to get and what wouldn't.

Friendly accommodating employees. Tons of Pops figures which is why I go and generally from listening to interactions with people a knowledgeable bunch. It's a shame there are not too many "game stores" besides them anymore and now I hear Gamestop as a whole is not doing so well either. What a shame....1st Toys R Us and next Gamestop? I certainly hope not!!!
