AT&T Store

I took my new phone to an Att store in Castle Rock CO and he did nothing. Zero to help me. Did not explain anything. I took it to another store in Lone Tree and Richard?? Completed the transfer for me immediately. He was soooo friendly and explained everything he was doing. What a joy this employee is. I like to call him “Magic”.

Amazing customer service, had many issues that were out of there hands with trying to transfer over the phone and they did everything they could to resolve them. After 3 visits we finally got the problem solved and I left with a new phone!! Shout out to Dustin and the 2 other gentlemen who assisted in this process!

I was assisted by two very knowledgeable young men who were very concerned with positive outcomes and happy customers. They both had mature attitudes and expressed joy in having an opportunity to assist and problem solve. I don't know about all your employees, but these two are not just assets but award winners. It was a joy working with them!

Matt and Chris did a great job in assisting us with our issues, first AT&T store where they actually help us instead of trying to sell to us.

Upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 14 Pro and it was such an easy process thanks to Carlos and others at this store. They are so willing to help and are very resourceful. Recommend to anyone!!

We have stopped in this location a few other times and are always greeted with kindness and knowledge of product. Gabe is an outstanding employee, very knowledgable and explains the product, apple watch ultra, in a very understanding way. Gabe was very professional and responsible about getting back to us in a timely manner regarding additional information we needed. We were very Thankful for his help and expertise. Colleen Molitor

Christopher did a phenomenal job!! We came in within an hour of closing and felt awful about it. He ended up staying a few minutes past 7 to make sure everything was running smoothly after switching over phones. His costumer service was top notch and he made the whole process easy. Other staff in the store (didn’t catch their name) was also very polite and friendly.

Gina was a great help! We had dealt with a phone update issue and ended up having to upgrade. Two stores prior we received a lot of quick and fake bureaucratic red tape. She found a way to work with our issue and it was quick and painless after a very frustrating process prior. Thank you for being a professional Gina!!!

Shoutout to Tess & Danielle who did a wonderful job helping me upgrade my phone! They both were incredibly knowledge on the products, the processes, and everything in between. Shoutout to them both and to how efficient this location is!

My family and I switched back to AT&T after many years with another carrier. This location is the best. We worked with Joel & Danielle, who gave us excellent customer care, they explained things so we understood what was available. They worked hard to ensure what we needed was met. Matt also helped us as well, his dedication is invaluable. He is very knowledgeable and worked continuously to see to it, our transition was fulfilled. Daniel is great. He is very understanding, personable, very experienced and helps the team, guarantee customer satisfaction. We didn’t get to work with Max, however, in observation, he is also a very helpful, informed and friendly member of the team as well. We highly recommend this location for service, especially those considering switching from their current cell phone carrier.

I went in here on 06-18-2020 to get help with eSim configuration for my second number on iPhone 11 pro. Staff was friendly, attentive and fast to get to me.

But here is the best part: Carolina, store manager was extremely helpful. There were some technical difficulties but she was able to get it resolved. It took some time but she was super professional and worked hard to get it done in time. I know it seems like a small technical hurdle to have gotten over but for me it made a world of a difference, because now I only have to carry one phone instead of two.

I don't think I've seen someone be so committed to good customer experience before. Just want to say thank you. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all the way.

This AT&T store provided the best customer service experience I have ever had in three states. They far exceeded my expectations. As a “senior” I managed to delete all of my emails from my iPad. I was told I would need to invest in a new iPad Air. Not so fast - Danielle listened to me, really listened and proceeded to fix the problem. In addition, to providing amazing customer service she spent additional time reviewing our cell phone bill making excellent recommendations that would improve our experience and reviewed with us our Direct TV options, alerting us to new technology we were unaware of. If AT&T continues to employ such great people we will remain solid, loyal customers. Outstanding job, Danielle!!! A true professional.

I am so appreciative of the assistance that I got at this location! The rep was really attentive and helpful. The store manager also came over to check on things; he was very sweet and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this location to everyone!

Today I went in to get help activating a new phone. I dealt with an associate, Stephen, who was personable, patient and qualified. He took his time to walk me through everything. I left happy and would return in the future.

Pops and Carolina were amazing to work with! They stuck it out with me on account transfers but they got it done. Previously my account wasn’t working and Pops worked with me and customer service to get everything taken care of in a timely and appropriate manner! The agents at this store absolutely are amazing!!

Max was super fast to help me out with getting my new phone up and running. Matt went above and beyond to help me with my auto payment and general bill. They were a fantastic team!

Zan was a fantastic representative! He made switching from T-Mobile to AT&T absolutely painless. It was one of the best experiences of using a mobile store I have had.
