Have been using this store for complete remodel this winter. The staff seems to be top of the line.
Just had to do return and the young Lady in returns was incredible. ( Very unusual)
Actually saw her pushing water heater to the back of store between customers.
Still have the issue sometimes of seeing you and go the other way.( But better than most)

It's Home Depot, what's not to love? Staff is great and helpful. I'll walk by through the lumber yard and check out the ceiling fan sections just for the sights and smells.

Usually always a good experience, but special shout out to the paint people as they are always pleasant and able to help.

Well stocked, lots of staff to answer questions, several approached me asking if I needed help, and the employees working in plumbing are absolute pros with lots of knowledge. Love love love the Ryobi One+ line of tools. And they are the first this year to get in blooming annuals to plant on March 28th!

Day trip with my Hubbs 😂 Purchasing items for a bathroom remodel. The employees acknowledge your presecence and are very helpful.

I have always experienced the best customer service at this location. Everyone, especially Chris in paint, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris goes out of his way to make sure people are taken care of and have a positive experience. We always feel welcome and at home here! Highly recommend.

Helped my daughter-in-law shop for a new clothes dryer today, May 3rd.

Chris, the Home Depot associate in appliances was just great!!
He knew his stuff, presented options with patience and also explained some cost savings ideas.
Chris processed the purchase, brought it to her car and loaded it in.

I received excellent service at this store from the moment I walked in! They didn't have exactly what I was looking for this time, but they did make every effort to try and provide several options which I really appreciated! Staff was polite and aisles are usually well stocked and always clean

A little late but I didn't want Allie to think we forgot about her! We needed a xmas tree over the holiday season and Allie went above and beyond to help me and kiddos out. After we selected our tree, Allie was quick to lift it, trim it, and wrap it in that wonderful twine. Ha! I was worried how I was going to get the tree on my car and Allie once again came to my rescue. She brought back up too! Her and Zach had my tree all strapped on my car in no time and even entertained my kids in the process! Both Allie and Zach were awesome and really helped me out! True customer service and genuine people. Thanks again guys!!

Just finished the garage. Everyone was a great help in getting the supplies I needed, giving tips on products and how to do tasks. At the Home Depot rental center on Arapahoe, Steven and his crew helped me rent the exact tools I needed.

Troy was awesome today. He works in the wood section and answered all of my questions regarding a new door jam that I needed. He educated me on what I needed for the door moldings. He was patient and considerate. You don’t get that type of service nowadays. Thanks for your assistance, Troy

Zac is an ABSOLUTE professional. We asked him countless questions about paint, stains, color options, sealant, wood, cement and he gave us expert answers for everything. We really appreciate his expertise and amazing customer service as we feel 100x more confident about our projects now. Give this man a raise!

Kelli is AMAZING. She is a phenomenal leader, does incredible with her responsibilities, and always makes time for the ‘average customer.’ We have been coming here for years and have always been happy; since Kelli transferred we have noticed improvement on an already fantastic location and in general this store is very helpful and courteous.

The super friendly staff here deserves a 10 star rating. This review was long due but this is from last year when I was desparately looking for a mask right before travel and the store was out of all ( just like all the others) and a nice gentleman working at the store was sweet enough to offer a spare one he had for himself and refused to charge for it. There are still good people out there!

I have got to say that home Depot is awesome. They have what I need for my projects most of the time and they accept my returns without any sort of hassle, even if the package has been opened. Great customer service.

Sunday afterc4:00pm, one of the best times to visit. Weekend warriors are gone, and you can get supplies for Monday Morning.

As to the Park Meadows location... AWESOME. Everybody employee I encountered today was friendly, helpful, and had the knowledge to provide the best level of service. What's better, they had the capacity to assist, but even better. They had the desire to help. I could not ask for anything better.

This one of the friendliest Home Depot stores I have ever visited. Electrical employee went out of his way to help me. Amazing. Then yet another employee made sure my visit was a stellar visit. Then the checkout guy made sure everything was good. Keep it up guys. Impressed, flat out.
