Been going here for 20yrs. Never had any issues. Bright, inviting atmosphere with plenty of private and quiet areas to dig into your potential book. Honorable mention is the AMAZING SELECTION of Lego sets they have. Lotsa tasty treats. Lotsa toys for young toddlers to big kids. Employees are always willing to help search for even the hardest of books you may be looking for! If they don't have it they will always order it for you!

Admittedly I have not been to a brick and mortar bookstore in years. I forgot the smell of paper. Wisely stocked things that are not easily available online.
I brought a notebook with paper made from recycled stone. It's waterproof.

Barnes & Noble is back on my Friendly-to-Indy-Authors list. For years they made it difficult for independent authors to offer their books through their store. SO much easier now.

It's so important to have a physical bookstore, where you can browse and find the unexpected. The giant advantage over Amazon, which, despite all the efforts of web designers has never been able to replicate the in-person experience. So sad at the deaths of local stores. B&N isn't perfect, but it's by far the best survivor. Good, interactive staff, competitive prices and their on-line ordering is almost as fast as Amazon. My favorite local B&N has a big children's section and also a great selection of toys, puzzles and games.

One of the BEST B&N experiences ever! They were prepping for a midnight release event, but they had so many beautiful and diverse displays set up with special editions, exclusive prints, handwritten recommendations on the shelves, multiple genres elevated, "if you like..." tables (TABLES!!!) set up...I've never felt more included in a bookstore ever in my life. From dark romance to horror and sci fi and sapphic fiction and epic fantasy and box sets and sprayed edge editions and music to match the vibes. I spent too many dollars and too many minutes this visit, and I still can't convince myself to regret spending a single one of them here that day

Very nice store with very helpful staff! You can browse and linger. It’s a “gatherer” experience vs. an online “hunter” experience. (Although the staff will take right where you need to go if you’re in a hurry.

Very cozy store with a good book selection. It is well organized and pleasant to be in. They also have a nice children’s area. My only complaint is that prices are consistently high compared to other retailers.

Best way to get into this parking lot is by helicopter. Other methods of approach require extreme road rage and will result in anxiety and confusion. If you are attacking from Chester St northbound, be ready to turn west just before county line or you will waste hours of effort on negotiating mall traffic to come back around. Watch for Hooters. Watch out for old worn out cougars under disguise at Hooters. Which which is better but I don't know which witch is which...

I am from Denver, so somehow I always want stores and restaurants better in Denver.
But the reality is the best Barnes and Noble are in the college towns..
Meaning Boulder and Ft Collins.

I go to a few Barnes and Noble locations but so far this seems to be my favorite of all of them. Feels organized all the time and definitely has a lot more inventory than the Southlands location. And the staff is super friendly.

One of the larger Barnes and Noble stores. They have a huge toy and childrens book sections. Something for everyone here and most items in stock.

So many wonderful and helpful employees! I would have wished the personal conversations (of employees) at high volumes wasn't such an ordeal. Overall, it was really wonderful!

Good service found book i was looking for at another store

Large selection, found everything I was looking for in the fantasy and historical sections. Very clean and well laid out. Staff was friendly and personable. Spots to sit and some extra accessories around. Nice experience.
