Love me some Costco. Products are always top notch quality and innovative. Great prices. The gas is fantastic. Always super helpful people working there and I just love the convenience! 10 stars!!!

5 I was shopping, I couldn't find one of the items I normally purchased. When I got to the register, they asked if I found everything, and I asked about the hard-boiled eggs the gentleman ran and grabbed them for me. I wish I could remember his name, but I really appreciated him going above and beyond. Thanks!!!

Great time always at Costco! Trying some new things.

This Costco has the greatest employees it's amazing! On an extremely busy day, only an hour left before they close, their staff is still friendly, helpful and smiling! The gas attendants were the same even though it was 28°F out and snowing. It was a pleasure shopping at Costco on Havana! Thank you all for a pleasant experience!!

While needing to purchase a large item and unable to get and take care of it myself, I went to Customer Service to ask about the age of my previous purchase; it was so old that it was no longer in their database. The Customer Rep. decided it needed extra checking; he took the time to verify what I needed and why and to talk with another Manager to get me help. I didn't tell either how much pain and distress I was in, just that I needed some help if it was possible. With great kindness, I got that help and my heart was encouraged that this Company not only cares about their Customers, they employ workers that Care! Thank you Costco!

It seems like the Aurora Costco always has more Asian goodies, while the one in Lone Tree has the least. Besides the ice cream mochi, brown sugar ice cream bar, instant boba milk tea and Taiyaki (Lone Tree also has these), found moon cakes, pineapple cakes, durian cakes, dates with walnut and Taiwan style beef jerky (Lone Tree sometimes has these if you are lucky). I think I need to complain to the manager of the Lone Tree Costco about this, LOL.

It's Costco. You mull around, accumulating things you didn't know you wanted or needed. They move you quickly, like cattle through a chute and you spend more money than planned but the process is so quick you don't even have time to think until you're home putting away all the things you didn't intend on buying.
The reality hits but you counter that with: "Look how much money I saved though!"
Even if you went over budget by $100. I call it Costco math.

It's rare that I go to a place and actually enjoy my interactions with the staff. The only complaint I have is it's not big enough for the amount of ppl that shop here.

This is a great store. The only thing about this store is there are way too many people here almost during all business hours.

Costco always has a good selection of products. Today’s visit was for some home improvements specifically my floor. Not 1, not 2 but 3 of the employees came over and offered help to load up my cart and offered to help me move it into my truck. ( I declined the help but it felt good just having it offered)

Very clean. Great customer service. Parking lots gets a bit crazy. The bakery has some cool stuff.

Everything you need and all in one place! I can't say anything that you don't already know except that I have found that TUESDAYS tend to be the least crowded and the days with the best selection. SUNDAYS are the best days for TASTING. Beware the parking lot.

Well I was informed today that non members aren't allowed in the food court.

I've been using the Costco pharmacy in Aurora to fill my prescriptions for awhile now, and today I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I was having trouble selecting some products and Madison was not only helpful, but was very patient. The pharmacist, Aaron, gave me stellar service helping me select the right product. That same day, I had to return something from earlier and had lost my receipt. Greg was very helpful and Aaron again went above and beyond making things right. Without meaning to be a difficult customer, I definitely tested all of them but they remained patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Easy in and easy out. I have not had a problem parking here and the people have been friendly. Great to live in a town that has a Costco closer than 3 hours away. UPDATE:There are always friendly employees here. Still a great place to shop.
EDIT 7/12/22 Always easy to get in and out fast. BTW their whole pizza in the food court is still $9.95. 3/2/23 getting gas here, always a line and it moves fast. Another good visit. They now have 3 lanes for self service. 8/16/23 great service. 01/15/24 awesome help from the employees when I was looking for a specific item.

I love Costco. Get lots of food for relatively cheap, the aisles are logically and clearly laid out, there's none of the annoying in store adverts, and while their stock changes the layout of their store never does. Their pharmacy is also the most reliable I've found, even in the midst of drug shortages.

Business Costco! Never Been till recently. Love it! Great place for business supplies

Just like all the other Costco stores I've been in. We'll stocked. The store was extremely busy, however check-out was very fast.
