Nob Hill Decorative Hardware

We've used Nob Hill on Inwood many times over the years. It is THE place in the Dallas area to get beautiful, unique (& standard) knobs and pulls for your home. It's amazing what a change in knobs does to a home - great update idea. Also have purchased regarding updating our shower. Super staff, high integrity and great customer service (which is often lacking at other places). We avoid the impersonal box stores for special items like these.

a great place to purchase door hardware for your home. not only cabinet handles, pulls and knobs, but sinks, but faucets and other items. Exterior and interior door handles as well. They have many, many samples and also catalogs to peruse. they work with all budgets and did all they could to help me make a selection easily. They ordered the knobs and called a week later as they predicted, for pickup. the employees are well educated on their products and are ready to answer questions.

It's decent. My rep was quite rude but it wasn't so bad that I would walk away since I was there already.

Wanted to support a local store and needed some expertise on locks. Ended up much more expensive and constant follow-up on our part. We were quite disappointed. One issue was never resolved.

Spare yourself issues and find an alternative with better customer service. Very expensive but so not take responsibility for issues and do not provide the white glove treatment you would expect. Will never do business there again.

You all should say hi or hello to your customers walking in. Everyone seemed “busy” doing something and I was completely utterly confused with the silence and non greetings. You all were sitting down with y’alls head down and when I walked up and y’all still didn’t say anything until I had to make myself known. Great selection but the customer service could be a bit better. I felt that maybe if I were a cleaned dressed white male that I maybe could of had a better experience but then again that is just how I felt. If we’re taking the time and risk to shop at your store, then at least please greet your customers with a warm welcome.

It took months and constant follow up to get what we ordered (probably because store is a messy disaster). The parts that came were wrong and the store wasn’t helpful correcting the problem. Don’t recommend them.
