AT&T Store

The screen on my (super old) iPhone shattered unexpected while on my way to work. To avoid endless hours of researching I decided to stop into an AT&T store in between meetings to finally bite the bullet and upgrade my phone.

Toye did a fabulous job getting me up to speed on the (unnecessarily ever-changing 🙄) iPhone landscape; she helped me weigh different options and offered recommendations so that I could quickly purchase a phone that fit my needs and get on with my day.

I appreciate her helping simplifying a typically draining process and want to point out that her level of customer service and rapport is WELL above other stores in the area. 👀

Alex is the definition of hospitality. I have never met a more amazing, helpful individual. If you need ANYTHING regarding your phone or accessories I urge you to visit this store and ask for Alex

After multiple hours on the phone to correct an over billing problem and months of waiting for it to be “updated” on my bill (which never happened), Alex Beamon cut to the chase, called the right AT&T customer support and corrected my 5 month problem within minutes.

Highly recommend this store. They solved the problem that the at&t store in shreveport could not, in minutes, and did so with dignity and kindness. They also got me a new phone and number in 30 minutes. It was the store manager who waited on me, and I am so glad that I am here.
