I have been a box holder at this location for a few years and want to leave a review for Wray Brown. He is always professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Many other locations are less expensive but the reason I keep my box at this location is the great service I get from Wray. Steve Box 122

I just had to write and say that Jarrod is hands down the BEST employee at the store! I have been in there with a line almost to the door and he was working alone. He was so calm and we were all taken care of in amazing time! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind! He must be an asset to the store. I wish there were more of him, who clearly loves his job and customers! I can’t say enough about his professionalism and never getting frustrated! 400 stars for Jarrod!!!! I recently needed to ship four works of art from Dallas to California, three large paintings and a glass-covered photograph. It took only a few minutes to arrange packing and shipment at this store. The items arrived three days later as scheduled in perfect condition. The packing job was first-rate. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received.

From the moment I walked in James and Angel made me feel welcomed and appreciated. They were able to help me get in and out without any difficulty and made me feel like a real person not just another number. I will keep returning to this store as long as they are available to help. I received excellent service from the lady that assisted me with the mountain of copies I needed. A young man helped with my mailing. Great service from all employees. I visited on Wednesday.

Every time I've been here, everyone has been so nice and helpful.

I ran low on my medication so my daughter paid to ship my medication to our place in Colorado. She entrusted them with the package to the UPS store and they told her that it was not a problem and they would deliver within a few days. The tracking stated that it had been delivered to my front porch in Edwards, CO. Unfortunately, it was never delivered to my address. I called the store to have them check into it and track my package for real and find out what happened to it. They told me they would investigate the delivery and have an answer for me within 10 days. In the meantime, they called my daughter and basically told her they were not going to spend much time looking for my package because it was not “valuable”. I think every package that is entrusted to them should be considered important enough to get it to the person it was intended for because that is what the sender paid for! I will probably NEVER ship anything….valuable or not with UPS ever again!

Was charged for a prepaid return label to printed- $3.24, not told there was charge when I initially asked if they can even print it for me as my printer is broken. Never been charged at other locations. Was told each are individually owned. I suggested they disclose how much something costs when a customer inquiries about a service before doing it. Go to the location off Forrest & Royal, they don’t charge for this type of label printing.

I just want to preface this with I have never written a negative review. However, the behavior of a staff member named "Ken" treated me SO rudely that I almost left the store in tears. I came in trying to ship a package in the most economic way. I brought my own (reused) box and wrapping, as I have many times before. He immediately told me that I would have to pay for a box and for him to package it. I asked to please use my old box with my already wrapped item and he said he would have to use extra padding. I was asking if there was a cheap way to do this and he said sarcastically "absolutely not." He handed me the address to sign off on, and I said the name was spelled incorrectly and that it wasn't a big deal and he said in the MOST condescending tone "that's why we check it" like I was a 3 year old child. When he told me the total, I noticed it was a little high b/c it was UPS and not USPS and asked "is that the cheapest option?" He said, "It is here." Again, in a condescending tone of voice. He was talking "down" to me the entire conversation. I was in shock and disgusted that someone in a position that works with people daily spoke to me like that- totally unwarranted. I will NEVER go back to that store. UPS lost a long time and frequent customer in me. Will be going to FedEx across the street!

I am not very confident this UPS store treats customers with respect. I wasn’t able to print an online label and they charged me $2.99 for a reprint. When I objected, they didn’t even care. I think it’s absolutely insulting to reprint a label when other UPS stores do not charge for a reprint. I even asked the nearby FedEx store and they would have only charged me $0.10 to print the label.

Watch out for the hidden fees they charge you and over pricing on any kind of shipping material. They didn't give me any options at all or help me try to find a way to ship something at a lower price. The big guy that is always there, James?, has quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. He tried to charge me around $100 for my shipment.
I left and went to the UPS store in uptown, the employee there took care of the entire shipment for under $40 and said he didn't understand how they were coming up with such a high number.

Tried to charge me $3 a box to send them via parcel post, just because...The pre paid label was already on the boxes. I went down the street to the other UPS location and there was no extra charge, plus they helped me bring the boxes in. They are also open till 8 pm. This is not the first time I had an unpleasant experience at this Lover's Lane location. Never again.

Needed to send an envelope overnight. UPS store Inwood Village quoted $95. USPS charged $26.95 for next-day Saturday delivery, $100 insurance included, with refund if not received.
