I don't typically leave reviews but the employees were so helpful and thorough at this UPS store! Jay went above and beyond when I had an issue with my labels. I really appreciate how helpful he was!

One of my Amazon returns was difficult to disassemble, E'monee was amazing, he helped me take it apart and have it fit in the original box perfectly so that it could be shipped back without any issues. I cannot thank him enough for taking time out of his busy day to help me. I will continue to use this UPS location for my packages and returns and I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

Today I met Mason at the UPS Store in Village Square. I had to ship a bunch of pans to Florida and it was quite the mess to pack together and ship. Mason was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to help us. I couldn’t believe this young man was so polite and patient with me. I was rattled and couldn’t think straight and he said, “don’t worry about a thing I will help you and take care of all of this for you.” What a nice guy. UPS you have a great representative in Mason. This store is by far my favorite shipping store. They’re so kind, quick and knowledgeable and always ready to help.

The staff at this UPS location are always so helpful. The last time I was in, Emonee helped me and made shipping 8 packages a breeze. He was super nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend stopping by this location the next time you need help shipping anything!

I visited this UPS store several times since they first opened a few years ago, mostly to do Amazon returns. Today I have quite a few of returns. One of the employees that helped me, Seth, kept on being friendly, patient, polite and helpful the whole time. I will definitely be back.

Dane was very kind and quick working. His gentle demeanor and soft spoken words gave me confidence that my package would arrive on time at my Grandchildren’s house! He even commented how nice my gifts were!!

The last few times I’ve been to this location, everyone working there was so upbeat and kind. I wanted to be sure to thank them and let them know how much I appreciate their positivity, great attitudes, and hard work!

Love my local ups store. Emmonee & Seth are always helpful and friendly and working quickly to take care of the customers. This is a busy ups store but they keep things moving along with the help of a self serve counter for labeled boxes and Amazon returns.

Fast friendly service. I observed the worker at the counter, Seth, taking his time and happily and graciously helping and older gentleman who was in need of help who was trying to locate a store in the area. So nice to see a person being so thoughtful and kind. Outstanding!

Great experience and friendly, prompt service! We were immediately greeted by E’monee as we walked through the door and he took care of us right away. We were in and out in under 5 mins. Superb!
