I have had the framing staff at Michael’s do custom framing for me for years. They framed my childhood flute into a shadow box using its case as part of the frame; they framed our beautiful wedding certificate from our Italian wedding; made another beautiful shadow box containing trinkets and pictures from a trip to Yosemite; and many other special items that are hung in our home. The framing staff is well-trained and professional, kind and patient, and I recommend them for any framing projects that you may have!

Excellent customer service. Very nice gentlemen. Always find more than I need here. Having some great sales on beads today! 🤣 The struggle is real.

I buy all of my paints and resin at Michael's to make my art. The store has friendly and helpful staff and a fun selection of art products

Always a great experience and the staff is super helpful. I wish we had a location in northwest arkansas but until then it won't stop me from driving down to get my Michael's fix. Hopefully eventually when covid gets under control they can get their supply chain going again and get restocks on a lot of things.

I love to shop at this location, while it is a corporate store, it really has that mom and pop feel.

They always have what we need, or amazingly enough will tell us which of their competitors would!

Prices do tend to run on the high side, but they always have an online coupon you can use right from your phone!

Had just what I was looking for - florals on sale and grapevine wreaths.

Had just about everything we were looking for and it was reasonably priced.

Had photos of my spouse professionally framed. They showed images of the photos with the proposed framing on a computer screen. Very professional and their recommendations were beautiful.

Great place to get any of you arts and crafts items. Employees are super friendly and very helpful. Love to shop here when I get a chance too.

I am an artist and teach art at Lewis Art, LLC. If I run out of a supply and don't have time to order it from a supplier, Michael's is a great place to get one or a few of what I need. Michael's almost always has what I'm looking for and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of paper and frames.

Amazing and knowledgeable lady working in the custom frames department. We needed a HUGE custom frame for a puzzle and found an amazing coupon to use!! Ever since Hobby Lobby did away with their coupons, Michael's is my main go to for everything!

I can always find something to create from here. Bought the map on Amazon. I got the frame poster board and stickers from michaels to create this master piece

Although not many good sales happening when I visited on Feb. 8th, 2021 - they managed to have the exact product I was looking for (large format photo albums), in various designs. They were a bit expensive, however at least they were offering a buy one/get one at 50% off that day. I had already visited another chain store and could not find any I liked, so I am grateful I was able to quickly end my search at Michael's.

I was here today because not only was Halloween merchandise 50% off, they also sent out a 20% coupon on top of that. They have a wonderful selection of just about anything you'd go to a craft store for. The employees were nice and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Very nice place and friendly staff. I felt it was a little out of order and disorganized as some of the same things would be placed in multiple locations but I am ocd about things like that. Great store and good variety and knowledgeable staff
