Went in for a 30oz white Stanley and couldn’t find it. I asked the person up front (my receipt says her name is Alexus) and she said she’d search in the back. My girl came in CLUTCH and returned after a HUNT from the back with a box of NEW, FRESH STANLEY CUPS. AMEN SISTER!!

I need to get one of my golf clubs re-gripped and the golf worker there was really helpful. He re-gripped my golf club very quickly in about 5 minutes. I think the nice young man was named Kaiden.

Great place to stop and shop! Love the sales! Friendly staff and services members are always so helpful and easy to find esp in such a big store w so much selections! A must go to for all!!!

Had a couple of issues with my bow .
Spoke with Ron on the phone and went back in and Eric fixed me up. Eric definitely knows his stuff when it comes to archery.
Both went out of their way and beyond my expectations to make sure I was taken care of.
Thanks to these two guys I will definitely be shopping at the Fort Smith store more frequently .

They have really nice stuff and the store is always clean. I would buy more things but it's so expensive. We mainly get my kids sports equipment here because they're fairly cheap. Other than that hit the clearance racks.

I drive with Roadie and when I experience a few issues with the app and names and order numbers they were patient and very good to wait so that we can make sure we got the order to the customer thank you to all the employees you guys were great
