Every time I come in here, I always leave with something, weathered it be pants, shoes, shirt, etc. Jessika is an amazing manager and always knows exactly what I’m looking for every time I come in. She knows how to trained her staff. Also, the new location is amazing! Thank you for the awesome service every time I come in!

I just love this store and their Rock Revival jeans! Can't say I love the price of them, though. lol.. My hubby & I went in to find me a new pair and like always the sales clerks were very nice, kind and soooo helpful! It is much appreciated!

The team that was running the store did an excellent job making sure to go above and beyond our expectations they helped us out a ton while in the store jessica was one of our employees she helped us with any questions and helped us pick out jeans for my girlfriend there was a guy helping us too dint catch his name but these people need to be recognized they were a great help we will definitely be back

I bought a new pair of bKE jeans they were coming apart at the pockets, I took them in and was treated great! Cameron and Kerissa were extremely helpful and took my pair of jeans and exchanged for a new pair! You guys have a customer for life! Keep up your great work and remembering that customer service!

When a lady needs a pair of jeans this is definitely the place. But I did leave with a cute top & shoes as well :) people there work their butts off for you and they're super nice. Thank them for all they do!

The employees were no less than caring and informative about their products. I didn't think they had anything in my size and that isn't true. Nikki the manager remembered my name from weeks before and I am impressed by the gesture. It is how I would want my employees to perform.

I went into the store to return jeans that were too short. It turns out they were mistagged. The ladies working tried to find me some alternatives before the mystery of the short length was solved and the correct size was ordered. They were very friendly and helpful.

Stopped by in the mall recently looking for some pants that would fit. Nobody else in town that I'd stopped at had anything that i wanted in my size. The employees were great in making recommendations and had my size.
