I scheduled an online appointment for the minute clinic in McCandless. Was able to be seen on time, the nurse practitioner was "Sami" pretty name & her personality was even more. She was very kind. She looked me over asked questions, I did not feel rushed & felt the attention I received was better than what I have ever received from my PCP. The convenience, scheduling, practitioner, all was awesome! I won't hesitate to go here again if I need help.

When my doctors office forgot to call in my colon prep Rx, and then no Rite Aid in the area had the Sutab, CVS rescued me! Having my first colonoscopy is stressful enough, but now not having to worry if I'll have my prep in time has me feeling a lot better! Will be transferring all of my prescriptions! Thank you!

I came in there to pick up my photos, and Joshua immediately noticed me walking toward the counter even when he was helping other customers in front of me. He greeted and asked me to wait just a second. Within a minute, he came with a big smile on his face, asking what I needed, picked up my photo pack, and helped me at the registrar. It was the fastest and most pleasant check out I've ever experienced at the CVS store. Even though my purchase was tiny small, I felt I was considered as a valued customer because of his kindness, so thank YOU for this happy experience!

It seems like a lot of places/people have forgotten about customer service or experience. But not Susan, she was the definition of a great overall customer service and experience. So if your looking for a pharmacy then go see Susan at Duncan Ave. location she's very helpful and friendly!

This CVS wins the congeniality award - treated us like VIPs. Staff possibly confused us with people they know but we went with it. MinuteClinic, Pharmacy, & checkout was quick, staff were friendly and helpful, and explained all the things. Would highly recommend for all your beauty, personal wellness, drug, and snack attack needs. Only wish there was a wine bar because I would have stayed longer.

I have always been treated well here. I am especially thankful to the manager who helped me out during the early days of the lockdown. An act of kindness I shall not forget and will certainly relate in conversations about those (these) dark days.

Just went there for a covid shot. Quick and easy, in and out. This site never seems all that busy to me, and it shows in the speed of the service you get when you go there.

I do not understand when people say they do not like this store. My first thought is what kind of drugs are they picking up there, it sure isn't working for them

Staff is always extremely helpful especially when I go to the drive thru. My son is on several medications and this CVS location is always extremely accommodating to our needs.

I went to shop for some different items at the end of February. There was a good selection of everything and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The store had a friendly and inviting atmosphere with a pleasant and considerate staff

The Covid-19 testing experience was very easy, and the staff conducting the test were very friendly and informative.
