The representative today was very friendly and helpful with my shipping item. She was very efficient and easy to work with. Please keep her at all costs!!

I recently was dog sitting for a family whose daughter left her homework behind resulting in it needing to be shipped overnight. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They explained the earliest time available, as well as pricing. They were so busy but still remained kind and thorough. I can not recommend a better UPS location with such lovely staff.

They are dependable. The store I go to has been so helpful with providing shipping info re size of box vs $, delivery schedules etc.

I have been a customer at this UPS store only one time, and my experience was quick and easy. I returned an Amazon package, and the employee promptly scanned my Amazon return code and applied a label to my package. Later in the day, Amazon said that my return was complete, and they gave me a credit to my account.

This is the best UPS store ever! Of course they offer all the expected services but it is their attitude and actions that put them at the top. Greg the owner models and fosters efficiency, quality, integrity and customer care that has caused me to come back many times. This is true even though I moved to where there is a closer UPS store. I still go to McCandless store - they genuinely care! Thank you Greg and staff!

After having a miserable experience nearby at the McCandless DMV I arrived here just to drop off some bagged Nespresso pods for recycling. I was nervous about the terrible reviews this place has, but I was delighted. I arrived within 10 seconds of another woman, yet the only person who seemed to be working here (blonde female maybe about 30) was very friendly and quick and had us both out within two minutes! As I am typing this I am watching her get crushed with patron after patron. As someone else who works with the general public I admire her for being so pleasant despite the staffing shortage we are all enduring at our workplaces.

Wish I could remember the lady’s name working this evening but she was fantastic. She was the only one working during a very busy time and she handled it impressively. She was polite, kind, and very helpful.

I needed to send something back to Amazon and found out that this UPS Store handled this kind of return. When I went in, I was welcomed warmly, and they showed me exactly what to do. I could not remember the order number and they let me use their computer to access my account for a very small fee, and then they took care of wrapping, packing, and sending.
They were cheerful throughout. I recommend this UPS store for all your shipping and copy needs. They were great.

We just left this location and Pam took great care of us. She was genuinely very friendly and personable. Not sure where these negative comments are coming from, but she was quick, kind and made us laugh. For any Amazon returns, we will be visiting this location all because of Pam! 😊

I have been to many different UPS stores and this one blows them out of the water. I worked with Greg and Pam and they both were super helpful with all my needs. Greg was going above and behind to make sure my project got completed. There is a closer UPS to me but I will drive past others to to support this store.

Associate immediate helped, didn’t seem bothered, and didn’t give me a hard time about anything. This has not been my past experience with any UPS store so I’m glad to find one.

This store is fantastic! They are reasonably priced and the work they did is amazing! Greg, Pam & Jean worked with me to print my wedding invitations, giant seating chart and programs. If there were 6 stars they would get them! Thank you again for a job well done!

I have only ever dropped Amazon returns at this location, but I always have a pleasent experience. The staff knows I am looking to get in and out quickly. The parking in front for UPS customers is super convenient.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. The personnel know what they are doing and are very helpful in answering questions .My go to UPS store.

My wife and I have dropped off and picked up packages here, as well as made small purchases, and it's always been pleasant.

This location printed brochures for my business, they look great and we get a lot of compliments from our customers on our brochure. The staff helped adjust everything for printing, it was great! We recommend this location and the staff are wonderful and helpful!
