I have given them a bad review in the past at the Kent location . I believe UPS stepped up a better customer service and support team!! And today I can say was one of the best customer service I have ever experienced at the Kent location.

The staff at this location have impressed me with their patience, customer focus, product knowledge and professionalism. As a mailbox holder and frequent user of copy and printing services, I have found the service here to be dependable, flexible and consistently high quality. I appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the staff, even when the store is filled with customers, and their responsiveness to my questions in person, by phone and through email.

The service was exceptional! The workers helped me a lot in printing a difficult file, and they were very kind along the way! Definitely prefer this store to Fedex in Kent since they were so helpful!

Went in to do an Amazon return, without a box or package(didn't know this was possible until now) and it was the quickest task ever. Took me all of 45 seconds, tops-no joke!! The associate was super welcoming and friendly. He scanned my QR code, took the item and gave me a printed receipt- all with a smile!! Definitely will use this store in the future for any needs that fit.

Store was busy but was served quickly, person was polite, professional and friendly to deal with. Found a less expensive rate for a fairly large package. My new “go to” UPS store.

OMG, …and the, that’s Tarra/Tiarra whom was UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE & I have a new iPhone that I can not navigate at alll so she taught me, Woow!!! I was able to do my returns & even showed me how to power cell off!! She would be a great Manager Anywhere on this Tierra/Spanish for Earth!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a pleasant experience recently that I just had to. I had a ton of Amazon returns to send in and had my two little ones with me. I was a bit overwhelmed. I hate feeling like I’m taking too long and making others wait. But I had the pleasure of having Shelly tend to my needs. Not only was she patient with me but she also interacted well with my children. The entire transaction went smoothly and quickly. I’m sure I’ll be back pretty soon as I tend to have a bit of an online shopping obsession!

I've been using this location for several years now and have had nothing but excellent, efficient and courteous service.

Had to come to this location to mail packages and return Amazon orders for past couple of days. The associates are very friendly and quick to help. Shout out to Kayleigh who was very kind and helpful. Keep it up! Since I can only review once, I wanted to update and also say how helpful the owner Chris is. He answers all of my questions and is very helpful. Thanks!

Incredibly fast and friendly service. I am always surpised by how easy their process is here. Very efficient - use them all the time for shipping and returns.

Always had great service at this location. I have been able to go in, drop of my pre-labeled ebay packages, get a receipt for confirmation, and leave to go about the rest of my day very quickly. Staff are helpful for answering questions as well. The only unfortunate thing is they don't carry the shipping tubes in store.

I use this store mainly for my amazon returns. I have had to send some packages using UPS too. Very friendly workers never a super long wait when I go.

Great service here. The notary is here later, usually close to close, unlike other local UPS stores. Both the lady at the counter and the gentleman that notarized my documents where super helpful and pleasant! I almost left my ID and the lady was kind enough to catch me at my car to give it back. Awesome :)

This UPS location is awesome! I'm send out several packages a week, and because I'm in a wheelchair, it's very difficult to get out and carry all the packages in. The employees here always come out to my car and grab them for me. They are always so nice when they come to help me. I couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Every employee here deserves a raise!

I've been using this store for a couple years since I moved to the area, and I used to manage a print and ship department. I've also been in Customer Service for 30+ yrs. I visited today to ship an Amazon return. Rachel made the process super easy, even though I wasn't prepared the way I should have been. She was a consummate pro! And while she was fixing my problem I watched Deets (hope I spelled that correctly) handled another customer just as deftly and I got to see a good team in action. It's always a pleasure but these two were awesome. Thanks guys.
