Asked for help with item. Told customer service I was new and explained I had a larger staircase that a normal 1:12 that i just needed a longer stair railing and spindles. I even showed her pics. This was via email. She told me I needed this , then she puts in all these options where all I can see is numerous links and after several emails she says 4017 will do the trick. So I ordered it based on what she recommended. I get it and it's a full 1:12th staircase kit. I email her again to say it's wrong and she said no refunds. I call her and she was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager, she tells me the owner is out of state at his other house. After telling me it's my fault I ordered the wrong thing (which she told me would work) she said she would refund it with a 20% restocking fee and I'd have to pay return postage.
I am filing a complaint with BBB.
I cannot believe a company would have such terrible service.
