Ashley Store

We recently moved to the area and need to get new living room furniture, a dining set, and counter stools. I normally hate furniture shopping because of pushy sales people and overwhelming options. Ebony greeted us at the door at 1000 as they opened. She was so sweet. We initially were looking at gliding recliners, and thought we could figure out what goes in our space. Ebony was so kind and helped us draw out what she saw would work well in our space and incorporated pieces we already had.
She gave us a couple great options to think about. We were not ready to pull the trigger- and there was NO PRESSURE.

My husband and I just moved and needed EVERYTHING for our new home. After visiting several stores, we wandered into the Cary location and immediately felt welcome and assisted by Karen!! She was SO patient with my millions of questions. Please say aloha if you visit the store. Ty was also great with my pup. We bought so many fantastic foundation items and more!!! The prices were excellent. And she was so knowledgeable about design!!!!

I called Ashley wanting to order an addition to my modular couch. I was so happy that Ebony picked up the phone! She made the process quick and easy and made sure to apply the stores 10% discount they were running in-store. I really appreciated how friendly and nice she was. And she was able to get my couch to me as soon as a couple of days after I called. (: great customer service! Thank you!

We were in search of a new couch and had looked at a couple of places. We were greeted by Shaq who was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and super patient with our kids. He was able to get us a great deal and even got the kids to ring the sale bell!

We were so impressed with the quality of service and product. Would shop here again- Shaq was incredibly helpful throughout the shopping process.

I have bought with satisfaction all my furniture from Ashley in 4 different states. I recently purchased furniture from the Ashley in Cary through Ebony & Mayra. These 2 were a great team. They were available & attentive but not clingy. Their attitude was superlative and their knowledge of their products was impressive. When it came time for making the deal, they surpassed my expectation. I highly recommend you shop at Ashley in Cary and ask for Mayra & Ebony.

Ebony helped me pick out some thing lovely and reasonably priced. It wasn’t so much the couch, I haven’t even received that yet. Here I’m talking about the service. It was wonderful. Didn’t feel like I was being sold on something, but rather that someone really wanted me to have a nice piece of furniture in my house that I was comfortable with. Thank you so much.

Leah was simply awesome. She greeted me promptly as I entered the store and was eager to help me ignorant as I was as to what I really needed. She helped me find the perfect pieces for my apartment. She also arranged my delivery. The process was seamless, kudos to Leah as I typically take a long time to make these decisions however with her expertise I was able to make a decision pretty quickly. I love the fact that Ashley’s has made it so much easier for customers to ship, deliver and assemble. This creates a great customer experience as I don’t have to contend with this hassle.

As soon as we walked into the store and met Randy we felt very comfortable. He wasn’t pushy and let us walk around to look without pressuring us.
He was so helpful, noticing what we were looking at then being ready to answer any questions. When we went to check out the mattresses, he was so knowledgeable about all of them. We ended up with a sectional couch, headboard, and an adjustable bed. This was the 3rd visit to Ashley and we’ve been pleased every time.

Ebony and Mayra were wonderful. I felt they treated me like royalty while in the store. I ordered a sofa set and look forward to going back sometime soon to buy a bed. My whole experience there was great.

Our experience at this store has always been great - My husband and I have been searching for a desk, Leah greeted us at the front and was more than happy to be quick and to the point with showing us all the desk options. Leah also provided great insight of the product about its features etc. In addition. Leah provided us with details on other products that were in the search of. We ended up purchasing the desk right off the showroom floor and could not be more than happy with the product and the service we received last night. Something that stood out as well, Leah was not "pushy" with the sale. If you're in search of any furniture, I would highly recommend this store and ask for Leah!

We were helped by Randy today and experienced excellent customer service. He walked us through the store and gave us great information about the different sectionals we were looking at as well as their financing plans. My husband and I went to the Cary store looking for a new recliner. Leah Hayes greeted us with a smile, listened to what we were looking for as far as color and style. She explained features of each one we were interested in as well as other colors available. She was very knowledgeable and took her time walking the store and working with us. We are pleased with our decision; the recliner was just what we were looking for. My husband is scheduled for total knee replacement in one week and Leah was able to get us a delivery date just in time for him coming home for recovery. Thank you Leah for all your help and for making our visit a pleasant experience!!

I was searching Ashley's website for a bedroom dresser and I really liked one that I saw. Unfortunately, the item was sold out. I spoke with Daniel over the phone at this store. In less than an hour, after I told him what I wanted, he fulfilled my request! He emailed me all the documentation, provided me with all the information I needed, and took care to clarify all the minor issues that most customers overlook. He was a pleasure to work with, and if you need assistance with furniture, I wholeheartedly suggest using him as your consultant!

Shaq helped me four years ago buy our set and provided excellent customer service. I was lucky to find him again and he did an excellent job and helping me with my bed set. Super cool guy and knows his stuff!! Definitely appreciate his work.

Ben helped us find a couch and he was incredible! He was very thorough when it came to asking what we wanted and he helped us compare all of our favorite options. We ended up buying something on the spot and he helped to get us the best deal. I would 100% recommend working with him if you’re looking for furniture in the Raleigh area!

Recently I had the privilege of visiting the Cary location and receiving great customer service. This was solely in part by Randy, a consummate professional who went above and beyond regarding transparency and customer care. This gentlemen is both personable, direct and authentic, skills that many lack today. He answered my concerns, explained my options all with an evident ankle injury might I add. Whether in sales or any other profession, you'll do well to take notes of his patience, grit and can do attitude.

My wife and I recently bought a new home and needed quite a few pieces. After several trips to many stores, Karen helped us find a couch we loved. While we weren't ready to purchase on our initial visit, Karen kept us updated when a great sale came on so we came back and got a whole lot more than the first couch we looked at. She was very patient, kind and helpful and didn't pressure us into anything that wouldn't suit our needs. Will definitely go back if we need something else!
