I will definitely be coming back! They have a wide selection of all table top game supplies. A big selection of die, miniatures, cards and just to mention a few categories of things. The prices are great. I liked that they had pro level supplies as well as beginner kits. Very impressive inventory. Well organized too.

They also have adventure board games similar to the selection at Barnes and Nobles but for a much better price.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for more in a game shop!

First-timer just getting into 40K and Parker was extremely helpful. Walked me through various models and gave amazing tips to getting started. There was a massive event going on, and he still made time to make sure I was set up for success.

I called the store today asking about the return policy:
I purchased a copy of the Candela Obscura Core Rulebook the other day, hoping to acquire a PDF copy of the book as well. Unfortunately I could not get a copy of the PDF at the time I purchased the book, but with Steven’s help I learned Darrington Press (DP, the publisher) hoped to provide retroactive copies for local purchases like my own in the near future (when purchasing from DP directly, a PDF is included).
I’m not in dire need of the PDF, so I am content to wait for DP to get itself sorted out. Unfortunately I missed your return call, so, thank you for your help Steven.

This is an excellent game store! It has a lot of space that they put to good use. They have an immense board game area - I tried to do it justice in my pictures but I probably fell short - that we just spent over 45 minutes browsing. They also have a lot of role playing games and miniture games, too. The staff is super-great and their open gaming area is huge and has a sizable game library that you can play to try, too.

Just moved to the area and I am so pleased to have found Game Theory! Not only is the store large with a lot of stock and planned activities, but the customer service is amazing. Everyone that I have talked to is super nice! Highly recommend this spot!

Helpful employees and a vast selection of board games. I have not found a larger selection anywhere else in the Triangle area!

If y’all wanna know if this store is any good, I drove three hours just to come here. These people are amazing! Store was clean and the staff were very friendly with me. (special shout-out to david) Trade in rates for my mtg singles were excellent. After my visit they gave me so many free gifts (playmat, dice, promo cards) and gave me a permanent 10% off discount for all of my future purchases. No other game store has ever made me feel so appreciated like this before. This is hands down the best game store I’ve been to, good job guys :)

Game Theory Duraleigh is an excellent game store with a wide variety of games and a friendly staff. They have a large amount of space for playing games in store. They sell hobby games (MtG, D&D, 40k etc) as well as a wide variety of board games

We found this place by an accident, when we went to Raleigh for the day. They carried many different board games, sleeves, deck boxes, play mats, packs, singles, dice and card games. My husband was able to pick up a new deck from Vanguard for his friend and I got a huge deck case for us for $60. The people they have working there are very nice and they don't have a minimum that you have to pay with a debt card. We will plan to go back in the near future.

Great place for gamers. Pokemon tournaments every Thursday evening.

Went on May 25th, a sweet lady helped us out. The kids loved their cards. Will be back for some board games. Great spot!!!

This is the place to go if you need miniatures, cards, board games, books. It is a geek landmark of Raleigh. In my opinion the best hobby store around the triangle.

Game Theory is my favorite local game store for anything D&D/ttrpg/board game related. The staff is fantastic & selection is great. I rarely go to stores just to browse, but I will never say no to a visit here. There's always something good to find.

Huge selection of games and very helpful staff. They have all sorts of games and miniatures, but I love going to GT for the board/card games specifically. I love browsing the aisles with my wife and daughter and always end up leaving with new games

The people that work here are awesome and really helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I came looking for some games we could play with our kids and came away with a wealth of suggestions.

The demo games they have available for play testing are great, since our kids were staying with relatives for the week, my wife and I ended up going there nearly every day to play or buy games.

It is also a great place to meet other gamers and to play games, as they have a bunch of tables set up all the time and host regular events at the store, and even when there aren't events going on, it seems people are always playing games.

The variety of games available is also incredible. I highly recommend this store.

Bustling with gamers. This place is awesome. The staff is great and you will find anything you might need or want for a fun night with family or friends.

Really nice Friendly Local Gaming Store. This is the place in Raleigh if you want to shop locally for your favorite table top games. Been there a few times and each time, we were helped by knowledgeable and friendly people.

I am mainly into Table Top RPGs and they have a good selection of the classics along with a few smaller indie games. They have a great selection of table top games and I know that they have a slate of events throughout the week where you can attend and play games with people with similar interests. There are also all the trading card games there and I know that they have an ordering system for anything that they don’t have.

One last thing. This place does NOT have a gatekeeping culture that can sometimes be associated with table top gaming. From what I have seen it is a very welcoming and open community that shops and plays here so hopefully if that is a concern, this will help to ease it.

Employees are super helpful. Love that the gaming area is kept separate from the bookcases full of games, so I can browse without worrying if I am disturbing the players. I drive about 45 minutes to come here, so I appreciate the extra loyalty discount. It helps a bit and I enjoy support them locally since they do a top knotch job. And their demo library has a great selection.
