After Home Depot was super rude to us we came to Lowes and they were top notch. We bought these two animatronics for a free kids Halloween event we were doing. Love this store and the staff were nice and helpful!

Had fun looking at Christmas lights & trees at Lowe's tonight. Nipper liked the "Mr Christmas" anniversary rendition of the "Santa Climbing a Ladder" they originally introduced decades ago. Nipper also wanted us to bring home a holiday Minion he so he could chew it up!

Unfortunately, I was in such a rush I didn't catch the name of the two gentlemen who helped me yesterday.
Dealing with last minute holiday plans changing and suddenly having to host Christmas, two men working here quickly let me know what was or wasn't in stock and gave me suggestions for other stores to check or other options I could try to solve my problem.
Employees at this location consistently impress me with their helpfulness.

I went in on a Saturday morning needing to find a dishwasher replacement. I worked with Ken. I briefly explained what I did and didn’t want, and he helped me quickly narrow down my brand and model options. He listed the trade offs, and then gave me some time to shop on my own. Once I decided, he anticipated and set me up with the extra items I’d need to install. I described the experience to my wife as the perfect appliance shopping experience.

Ken at Refrigerator section was super helpful, however we couldn’t complete a purchase due to lack of stock, but had a good experience.

I visited the 2000 Walnut Street location in Cary NC. I had the pleasure of being helped by
Ms.Gina 😁 She made shopping experience so enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, not to mention very funny.
She did such an amazing job, that after she helped me originally...I went back and found her again for her expertise. She did it with a smile, like we just 2 old friends catching up.

I took a pallet wood sign to Lowe’s Home Improvement, Cary today.
Jake, in the paint department, went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service. He worked on a color match and suggested what type of paint I should use.
As you can see, my new granddaughter’s nursery sign is ready for delivery!
For the most part, I’ve been greeted by employees who are friendly and wanting to help at this Lowe’s.

Always a great store. Clean and friendly staff. Large selection of virtually everything! Good prices and fast service. Good selection of holiday inflatables but just be sure to gran them while you see them else they'll be gone the next time you're in!

Great service! Amarion in paint, Jig in plumbing, and many others were so helpful and we will definitely be back because of their hospitality!

I have bought flowers from many different places. However the plants that I have gotten from Lowe's over the years have been the most successful!!

We shop at multiple Lowe's across Wake County. At this store Gina in the garden center always goes above and beyond the level of service we typically get at other stores. Always very helpful, knowledgeable and smiling.

Excellent customer service to take are of the return item. The associate helped a lot to trim the window shade to the size I need.

I went in for hardware. as usual, I spend 30 minutes looking to not find anything so I go and ask someone for help, and they said "I'll have someone meet you in hardware". no one did so I found Brian in the paint section. asked him if he'd be willing to help and he was.

as we were walking over to hardware, I explained what I was looking for (10/32 3" long flat head bolt and nylon nuts). we struggled to find what I was looking for. throughout our search, he held a personal conversation to better understand what I needed. he ended up finding something similar that would work absolutely fine and I went on my way.

overall, he seemed happy to help. he understood that hardware is a pain to look through, he asked what I was making and found a solution I wouldn't have thought of.
I rarely see this kind of service anymore, anywhere. I feel people are working for money rather than doing what they want to do. Lowe's might not be Brian's dream job, but he made my experience as a customer more than satisfactory, because he acted like a person first, before an employee. I legitimately felt like I asked a friend to find something. he didn't go out of his way or nothing, but you can tell when someone does their job well, and he did spectacularly

Long overdue review, but I love this Lowes. Everyone is always so helpful. Special shoutout to Jason and Andrew for their help loading some drywall about 10 min before close! HIGHLY recommend

Love Lowes! I wanted a specific rug that was in stock but couldn't find it so I picked another and they gave it to me for same price!! And I got my military discount. I love my new rug for my patio. Thank you.

This location has the most helpful associates I have encountered in most any type of store. I entered to quickly get a simple light fixture because the electrician was coming to replace a broken one. I wasn’t quite sure where to find them or what I needed, but Randy 2// very helpful in seeing me as ai searched and taking me to the right product, and then explaining the differences. He was also helping another customer in that aisle. I then went in search of a doormat and saw him as I was looking, and he showed me a display up front near where we were standing and also told me the exact aisle in the back to find more. The cashiers were standing at the end of their register aisles ready to help people and they greeted me as I passed by. I went to the garden center area to see if I could find a pretty plant (I was dog/house sitting for my son in Cary, and was trying to fix up his place a bit for his return.). I didn’t find anything in the garden center that I thought he would want, and as I re-entered the main store area, a nice employee with short light colored hair asked if I need any assistance. I told her thank you, but I did not, and I proceeded to the check out area. There were several in the lines, so I opted for a self checkout. A smiling older African American associate pointed me to the empty register and I began. I was using a gift card for much of the purchase and wasn’t sure how to apply that. Bernice was working in that area also, and was so very helpful and friendly in coming over and assisting me with applying my gift card and paying the balance. …My son did not like the door mat, so I stopped at the store on my way back out of state to return it. The person at the customer service counter was handling a complicated issue with a customer making some sort of payment, so Sewanee came to a small register area on the left and offered to help us if we had a return. I went to her and she was very friendly and efficient. I really appreciated that since I had a 6+ hr drive ahead. I had seen a flower that I loved for my lamppost area in TN and had picked it up on the way in to make the return. She put my credit on a store card and then applied it to the plant, and now I have a beautiful pink Mandevilla in my front yard to remind me of the kind and helpful emplouees at this Cary Lowe’s store :)
