Jesse knows her shoes and she was such a delight to work with. I am a new fan of ASICS shoes because of her. I told her what I was looking for in a shoe and she knew exactly what shoe to show me. My partner ordered a pair of shoes from the ASICS online store. Unfortunately, when they arrived they did not fit well. She was able to return the unworn shoes at thos store the same day they arrived instead of shipping them back to ASICS. The staff was very helpful, and when a different style running shoe was tried on and found to fit exactly as she wanted, the staff member matched the online shop price. Their excellent customer service and good selection, as well as fair pricing, will bring us back for shoes here!

Usually I hate getting new shoes. Not today. First time I visited this place & I received great customer service. She went over and above to help me find the perfect shoes. Very pleasant experience.

I needed better shoes per my podiatrist. She recommended Asics. I went into the store and spoke with Travis. He answered my questions and found the style I was looking for. I purchased the shoe plus the bonus shoe. Travis informed me if all the specials and as a first time buyer got a 10 percent off. Shoes are great and service is designed for the customer.

I had been wanting to try this place out for the last few weeks as I’m typically a hardcore Adidas fan. I was very pleasantly surprised, they had a 10% intro discount if you sign up for their free rewards program. I bought some running shoes (they had buy one, get one 50% off going at the time) socks, and a cool Olympics t-shirt they had. The quality is very good and the comfort is there. Definitely plan on coming back soon!

Unexpected good deals everytime we go from buy one get one half off to buy one get one free. There were quite a few employees in the store (5) for a Friday 2pm visit. All of the employees were checking with us if we needed help and offered good insight to the shoes we were choosing from. They were willing to check in the back for sizes not out on display. Overall, very helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. We won't shop anywhere else for shoes from now on.

I received the best customer service today from Amber and Raoul. I highly recommend going to the store if you have needs for great shoes. Amber was very knowledgeable about the product. Raoul really listened. Will go back and recommend to others.

Salesperson was extremely helpful. Assisted me with finding shoes that I can wear to work and satisfies a very strict dress code. Plus, the sneakers are incredibly comfortable. Paid a little more than I planned on, but the sneakers are well worth it.

ASICS are by far the best shoes I have ever worn. The store at the outlet was awesome and nice. The salesman noticed I had picked up the wrong size and said are you sure you wanted the 10s when the other are a nine. That was very diligent and careful so that I would not come back to exchange. Thank you this store was great no overselling fluff.

Asics shoes will not let you down. They hold up for every day use and activities like disc golfing. Lots of variety in the store and workers are helpful.

They are super helpful. They assist you in choosing the best shoe for your needs. They were extremely patient, even with my kids running around. 😒. Definitely reccomend this store to anyone whole is particular with the foot needs.

Asics are a bang for buck brand before the consistent outlet deals. Add to that the humans that work at this location and it seems like a steal! Fifth pair from here and counting...
