I shop here often when doing self homes projects, and I always appreciate the customer service inside the store, and also during curbside pick up. I went three times today with different departments(needs), and each associate was helpful, and professional.
I still remembered when I ordered my paint color incorrectly not once, but twice and they still helped me fix the issue.

Had difficulty finding what I was there for that the web site told me Lowe's carries the leather hole punch and was in stock. I asked someone for help (don't know where that person went when I thought they were going to get the info I requested and will come back but didn't see them again) someone I'm thinking in charge somehow but approached me and looked up where this item is stocked and I had looked down the two possibilities but didn't find it. Which doesn't mean much because they could show me it was where I looked but didn't see. Happens to me all the time
This lady helping me with hand held tablet looked it up and shows them as out of stock and where they'd be if they had them. For me this level of customer service hasn't been around for way too long! Maybe it's because of these surveys and hence why I try to fill out whenever I'm able! She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and I'm just sorry I didn't get names because she's a real asset to your store! I absolutely will keep using Lowe's first when needing anything they carry. Also trying to keep more of money used for most of the same things I can get online to buy at a store here in my home town. Working to keep just as much as I use for online purchases and the rest try to spend locally especially with awesome customers. Relying on the website for what's in stock I may have to call the store before I run all over looking for this item I can get tomorrow from Amazon. Finally found it at the 4th store I ended up at but was the first place I thought would have them!!

Came for some soil and didn’t know what to pick a worker name John or Johnathan helped me out so much explained to me which is used for what and was really nice I’m definitely coming back when they have sales

I was very thankful for the service at this Lowe's. I needed a hot water heater. It was up on the shelf, where they had to use a lift to get it down. A young lady helped me find it, then she called for the next available person to help get it off the shelf. A gentleman showed up within 5 minutes. Very friendly, wish I could remember his and her name.

The store has some of the best prices in Visalia. Did see any works really. But the one I did see was nice and friendly. But most of all are professional.

Is Lowe's definitely does not have great customer service we look for somebody for help and they were going to send somebody from a customer service when is it just loading it ourselves I need your help I yelled in the walk right by us sure glad I didn't hold my breath I'm an amputee and she's disabled as well they didn't look twice at us as a matter of fact I don't think they look once

Was looking for bed frame clamps so I was at Walgreens and just stopped in to get them.... They don't have them !!! Would think they would..Oh well..
Instead...I got a pretty sunset picture !! Check it out !!!

I love Lowes. They can be a bit pricey sometimes so I recommend watching for their awesome sales.
My favorite is the garden area. You can choose from many different types of plants and flowers. Service is always nice.

We had some trouble with finding items and the associates we asked weren't as helpful as we needed. However, Johnathan at the checkout and Gary and Sabin on the sales floor were all EXTREMELY HELPFUL and got us what we needed. We will definitely be making the trip here for our home needs, and looking for them to assist.

I went into the North Visalia store looking for all four major kitchen appliances, after receiving poor service at a local competitor. Henry and Jared in the kitchen appliance department are the best! They listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, found what I was looking for, and provided me with the best customer service!

Very awesome and kind staff. I needed to get some new keys and they were very helpful with that. The decorations that they sell here for some holidays (ex. Halloween) look amazing. I would definitely recommend and I would most likely come back again. Thanks again guys.
