I called ahead because I needed a new case for my I-Phone X. They had a couple in stock and the sales lady (sorry don’t remember your name) was awesome. She helped me try on a couple cases before I made my decision. Nice, quick and perfect.

I was there for quite a long time. Ki was treated like I was family. Explained in detail how better to use my phone . Alexandria was patient with me and solved most of the issues. Was better service than Verizon in Albuquerque . All businesses should have employees like her.

Came here to sign up on a Verizon plan on my new phone. There were some internet issues delaying the process, due to high winds in the area. However, the staff including manager Cristina stayed late for 1.5 hours after store closing hours to see to it that my new phone and plan were working. Very impressed!

The team at Russell Cellular In Socorro, NM went above and beyond when we bought a new phone to replace one that was going out. They recommended items I might need and explained everything they were doing as they went. We will be buying more devices from them in the near future!!!
