Outstanding customer service from Matt the Best Buy manager. I Had a issue with my laptop that I purchased from them years back that I had the extended warranty coverage through my credit card. He assisted me with my replacement laptop from start to finish. They have the best customer service and the best prices.

These guys are amazing! I walked out of the one at The Plant. No help and didn't help. Tiesha, An and Ramiro helped me at the Almaden location. Thanks guys. After I bought a TV from here, I had to go back for a universal TV stand. They helped me right away. That's how you do it! Love my TV!

I had the best experience, once again, at Best Buy Almaden. The reason I choose Best Buy Almaden is because of their customer service, especially the past few years. They do their best to take care of their customers. I spent over $4,000 at their camera department over 3 years ago in anticipation of an upcoming African safari. Because of the pandemic, my African safari did not happen. Another consequence of the pandemic was that I was not able to use all my new camera equipment. To make a long story short, over those 3 years, I forgot how to use my expensive camera. I asked Frankie W. the store manager and Michael M. the camera guru if I could have a refresher course in how to use my camera. They were both very understanding of my situation. Today, Michael met with me to get me back up to speed. It is because of this personal touch that I return to this Best Buy to buy all my camera equipment.

The latest gadgets are available in all Best Buy stores and there is return policy for 15-30 days depending upon the products categories. The prices are very competitive and lowest prices compared with any other retailers. There is options to buy the installation or repairs and maintenance of your products, it’s called as Geek Services. Customer need to buy the Geek services so that Bestbuy team will take care of the products. All latest electronics products are available across all Best Buy stores. The small components are not available in the stores. It’s predominantly Televisions, Audio, latest laptops and accessories. Also most of latest gadgets and gaming products.
