Wilfredo is an extraordinary associate. He was able to help my family and I with our upgrades and incentives offered by AT&T. Very knowledgeable and resourceful with everything we needed. The staff was very cohesive and had a great Customer First disposition. 10/10 would recommend for any and all AT&T service!

My family and I stopped into AT&T Potomac Town Center, to inquire about switching our plans. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted with respect and generosity. Nichole was such a blessing to my family in the lengthy process, she laughed with us in our dysfunction, answered all of our questions truthfully and patiently, remained positive and upbeat throughout the entire process, and ensured my family and I were offered the best deal rather than the most expensive. Nichole is genuine, patient, very personable, and deserves many accolades for her excellent customer service.

I went in with a simple return, I was greeted when I walked in the store and tended too promptly after. I have no complaints. Quick,friendly and courteous service is what I received and am truly appreciative of that.

Stopped by to look at new phones and met with customer service rep Edwin. Outstanding support! He knows everything and was able to help us efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend!

The Associate Bryant was awesome from the moment he was introduced to be he was nothing but helpful and informative. He offered me the discounts and pricing and explained them all in detail until I was completely informed.I upgraded with the any galaxy phone trade in offer and he helped me transfer my phone number from my previous provider, along with my files and photos in no time at . I highly recommend if you want to upgrade your phone and move to AT&T to book an appointment with Bryant !! 10/10

We are long time ATT customers and stop by the Woodbridge corporate store to get assistance in solving an issue with our phone. We were assisted by Ms Keishla who was professional and helpful in solving our issue. Like to give a shoutout on her behalf.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Nickolas (Nick) Pratt helped me recently and I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. He was kind, helpful and went far beyond the call of duty when it came to answering my many (and often lame) questions. For years I have been apprehensive about going into an AT&T store in order to transition from my old flip phone into my first iPhone ever. If I have ventured in, I was met with lines of grumpy people (both customers and staff), and then when they saw I had a flip phone they would just laugh. Not Nick. He met me at the door when I came in, was respectful, understanding, listened to what I wanted/needed and set me up. He deserves a promotion, a bonus or both! Thank you Nick! 👍👍👍👍👍

Martin was very knowledgeable, patient and eager to help. I would never have been able to get set up and going without him he is, an exceptional employee. He has made my very tedious and difficult process a wonderful joy, and I am very pleased and happy that he was able to assist me. The world could use more customer service personnel like Martin. Martin was amazing. He spent a couple hours with me, both of us calling around to try to get Equifax to play nice. He knew exactly what to do to assist on AT&T's side. He was so patient and made me feel like he had all the time in the world for the ridiculous issues I was having getting the credit check to go through. I can't thank him enough. I love my phone and the service so far has been great. Give this guy a raise and giant paid vacation!

After a terrible experience at the Apple Store trying to trade-in and set up my new iPhone, my day was saved by Meri at the AT&T store. My new iPhone went from a brick to a beautifully functioning new device in a matter of 10 minutes. The top level customer service that Apple is typically revered for was instead found at the AT&T store. Patience, professionalism, expertise, and overall decency was at peak level during my visit. Meri is a great leader and a great representative of the company. Give. Her. A. Raise.

Great service and support by Anthony and his team. He took time to address all my concerns and made sure that my account was optimal and even applied a veterans discount.

Martin is awesome. My third visit from two months ago and he remembered everything about the past visits. This made things so much easier for him to understand our needs without explanation. But I am comfortable with this store because of him. It feels like home now that we have switched from T-Mobile

I arrived in the store and was immediately welcomed at the door. My reason for visiting was to activate a new phone. The task was accomplished as quickly as possible. Accessories were recommended and purchased. All I needed to have done was accomplished. I was attended to by Madelyn who is an absolute professional.

Micheal handled everything I needed and listened to all my concerns. He resolved all my issues. He was very patient and quick to fix the problems I was having. He is very knowledgeable and was very attentive. Made my experience delightful and fast. He went into detail with everything I need. His customer service skills were amazing which is rare these days. If you’re coming to AT&T please ask for him!

I wanted to take the time to praise AT&T. As a long time Verizon customer for over 13 years I was hesitant for a switch but knew change was needed.

The store was clean and everyone was wearing a mask so thank you for that. Employee by the name of Asa assisted me with my switch and was nothing short of exceptional service. The manager Oscar greeted me and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Watching him greet the customers as they walked in and speaking to his staff courteously was refreshing.

This service is rare these days so I wanted to drop in and give this store kudos. Absolutely outstanding. Pleased & Happy customer hoping for longevity.

I found that it was time to upgrade my iPhone after using my old one for nearly 6 years. I went to the AT&T store in Woodbridge, and had a very positive experience. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and offered assistance from a very nice, and very professional young woman, Sandy R. She never pressured me into any purchases, but was very helpful in asking questions about what I was looking for, and determining what I really needed as opposed to what I “wanted”. I never felt rushed, taken advantage of or manipulated into any purchases whatsoever.
