I would give 10 stars if I could. I don't believe I've been to a better organized or dealt with more friendly and helpful workers than this place. I drove 2 hrs to do an exchange so I could see and try on the new size. No issues, no hassles, just extremely friendly and helpful employees helping me. 150% recommend this place.

We went in -just to look- and my boyfriend asked for a shirt and one employee said they didn’t have it, even in the back. Another woman offered to help, checked in the back and they did have it. He ended up buying that and three rain defender hoodies thanks to her awesome customer service. Upon checking out we learned she was the assistant manager. Ashley was her name. I can see why she’s a manager! If she didn’t check in the back for that maroon shirt, we probably would have left without buying anything. We will be happy to shop here again.

Good day to all; The Carhartt store a nice and well organized store. I was greeted with great customer service as what I look for when I’m investing in a product or a place of business. Carhartt is a great product which I have been wearing for sometime now and this clothing have been put to the test. I am a satisfied customer and will drive a couple of hours to this store when I need to replenish my Carhartt clothing. Thank you to the Woodbridge Carhartt store for making my experience in this location pleasant. I will be back sooner than later.

The staff was amazing and offered on point, friendly customer service! My preference, as a woman with a long torso, is for mens pants due to their longer stride and the staff was super receptive to my preference - helping us find different sizes throughout the mens section. I choose a couple of pairs of overalls to replace my old wrangler pants I work around the house in.

Carhartt remains one of the few bastions of high quality, well tailored work clothing - not succumbing to the all to common practice of using lower quality materials to make an extra buck - and well worth the investment.
Their in store Covid protocol is exceptional and well-adhered to by customers and staff alike. Unfortunately many of their products are only available in the less common sizes, and not even available in their online store - likely impacted by the pervasive supply chain issues due to Covid.

Recommendation: Check the Carhartt Amazon store (not a huge fan of Amazon, fir the record), which is better designed, has more stock available, and - most importantly - gives an estimate for when out of stock items will be available.

A pleasurable experience super helpful, friendly people definitely would come back.

I thought I was in heaven, and I found myself in the Carharrt Store in Woodbridge, VA.
The Carhartt Store is like Macy's but for the WORKING MEN AND WOMEN.
Ms. Ciera assisted me with my purchase.
There was a SNAFU/snag with my Loyalty Rewards Membership which couldn't be resolved in the store, just need to call Carharrt.
Their selection was great.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgable, gave honest opinion on fitment and color selection of apparel. I definately will return for my next purchase.
And I received a really cool sticker.

Keona was one of the best sales person I have ever met. She had excellent customer service and was extremely professional and courteous. Carhartt clothing is expensive but today price was no object due to her assistance.

Fantastic store with superb customer service. Lots of great winter sale items right now that are about 40 percent off of original prices. If you are in the military you get an additional 25 percent off. My favorite place to shop for my three sons in laws.

Great store with a large selection. Best of all, absolutely outstanding customer service. Logan and his co-worker were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future.

went here specifically to find rugged/durable wear for women (i work in construction) & was NOT disappointed 🙂.
not half of the store, but not just one rack in the corner either. i definitely had options for pants & jackets, which i have not found easily. i did buy a jacket that fit me & i still look like a girl 😊 lol & i will be coming back to get some pants 👍

Great store! Staff was very friendly and they have a great selection of products. They offer a 10% military discount and right now thru 11/15/2020 they are offering it at 25%!

Such a cool place. It was my first time in the store. I bought my husband 2 shirts. They were having a great sale. I love the quality of the products.

I went shopping with my two year old son on the 4th of July. Staff was not only helpful, but they even took the time to play with my son's match box car while I tried to figure out what I wanted to purchase. I would highly recommend the customer service provided to me!!
