I absolutely love Frederick Basket Co (and the owner Lois)! The baskets are amazing and the service is incredible. Lois has quickly prepared baskets for me very last minute when I have been in a bind. The baskets are top quality and I use them for work, conferences, and any other reason I can find for a basket! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice basket (or for corporate gifts!)

I recently bought a gift basket for my parents 50th anniversary and have never been so pleased with the high level of service and care that I received from Frederick Basket Co. Lois, the owner, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on what she had in store. They didn't have the champagne that I was looking for so she went out and bought it just for this basket. What she put together was beautiful and my parents loved it. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend this store and have already mentioned it to several friends and family. Thank you again Lois!

I cannot say enough good things about The Frederick Basket Company. I ordered the Deluxe Taste of Maryland basket with 3 bottles of wine for a conference silent auction prize. I had it shipped via FedEx. To absolutely no fault of the Frederick Basket Company, it arrived with one bottle completely shattered and wine was everywhere. Needless to say, the basket and all of its contents were ruined. I called Frederick Basket Co. and Lois answered and immediately started making plans to get us a new basket. She was so kind and understanding and responsive. Absolute top-notch customer service. We were able to schedule a hand-delivered courier to deliver the basket, and I am so excited to bring it to our conference. Thank you Lois & thank you Frederick Basket Company!

Can’t recommend this woman owned company enough! Excellent customer service today from Lois, the talented owner, who provided a wine rack and wrapping for two glasses and six wine bottles I brought in for a non profit silent auction. And in less than an hour. Very happy with the end result.

I was looking for a last minute Easter Basket and stumbled on this website. By the the best and cutest gift basket I’ve ever seen!!!!! I want to keep it for myself, it’s just so cute.
It was delivered literally a couple days after I ordered which was more than enough time because I was last minute. I will definitely be ordering again from here soon! I’m in love! (And it’s owned by women, you can’t beat that!)

Carol and I shop in here a lot. Our favorite time is the Friday after Thanksgiving. They have the store presented so specially. We find unique gifts here and it is our "go to place" for stocking stuffers. The owner and staff are lovely people who obviously care a lot about this gem of a store. I called on the day of my sister's birthday. She lives about 1.5 hours away and knowing it was last minute I wasn't even sure I could get something delivered. I googled "gift baskets" and stumbled across this absolute gem! Kaylee went above and beyond, and was super accommodating. Because I was being indecisive, she made a custom basket which was PERFECT!!! They even moved the delivery time awhile later, when I learned my sis wouldn't be home until 630pm. I am thrilled with their product, but their level of customer care is unmatched with large companies. Love!!!
