Comfort One Shoes

We had a great experience. I had purchased a pair of shoes here over a year ago and Jeff was super helpful. He was so great, that I brought both of my elderly parents here shoe shopping today because they needed good shoes. Jeff was so fantastic with them and incredibly patient. We bought several pairs of shoes and are already planning a trip back in the spring for summer shoes. Thanks Jeff! You made me and my parents very happy!

My first time in the store and the manager, Jeff, was super helpful. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find fun, comfortable shoes. In fact, theses shoes and boots were so comfortable that I left with not 1 pair, but 4 pair!!! He even polished my old dingy shoes that I arrived at the store in. Now who does that anymore!!! I'll be going back for some dress shoes.

We went there today for my wife with my kids and myself. We expected to find some good quality shoes and maybe pick up a pair for my wife since she’s on her feet all day at work. Jeff the manager helped us and all we can say is WOW. His service knowledge of products and professionalism is something you don’t get everyday. My wife has been having some pain from walking in here last shoes we got her new insoles and two new pair which have helped her so much already! We will be back places like this are hard to find these days and the service you get here is amazing. It is a smaller store and they do tend to be busy so be ok with some waiting times while they bounce between customers but it’s worth it!

They have fantastic shoe styles that fit my feet. The sales person is always helpful and friendly, in helping me choose the correct shoe

I was so happy with my Salesman named Mike Weinstein . He was absolutely fantastic with helping me choose the right shoes. He located at the Frederick Store in Westview Promenade. Stop in and see him! He helps with problem feet.

Had a fantastic experience here. My son has flat feet and wears custom orthotics. Jeff of Comfort One immediately assessed my son's needs, was able to deduce the problem my son was having with his current shoes, and find an alternative. As a trained pedorthist, Jeff has unique expertise. We were grateful for his help since finding viable shoes for my son is a constant challenge. My son walked comfortably in the shoes for hours and - since they're Brooks - we're confident they will last a long time. All the staff were attentive, respectful, and helpful. Also, their prices are true to the market. I wear Ecco shoes and the prices the store had were totally in keeping with prices for Ecco that I've seen elsewhere. We will definitely be going back.

Don was amazing from the second I arrived! He was patient and so knowledgeable. I probably tried on 15 pairs of shoes and even had my husband and son come to try on shoes. They were consistently busy but I never felt abandoned. Don moved around quickly and made sure everyone got individualized help. This was our first experience with Comfort One and aside from the amazing shoes, Don is the reason we will continue to come back!

Positive experience. Was greeted very warmly by a gentlemen named Richard. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting a proper shoe. His Coworker named Michael was also very friendly. They made my experience very good. Store was also very clean and well kept.

I always spend too much money in this shop. But it's well worth it Mike manager was so attentive. I found out that the Comfort one shoes that I went to in Leisure World had not given me a discount they were supposed to or had they put me on the Shoppers list. That's very disappointing to me and I guess I'll have to go all the way out to Buckeystown now get my shoes.

Joe is absolutely amazing. He guided me to the perfect pair of shoes and did some kind of magic to make them feel even better before I left the store. The combination of Joe's knowledge and the quality shoes carried in the shop make for a perfect combination. This teacher's feet need good shoes, and I've learned to spend what I need to be comfortable and still look good! Joe helped me find just the right balance between the two.

Manager Kat found shoes that fit my large feet. My feet feel good when I walk about. She is knowledgeable about the shoes they carry and offered several options. She also fitted me for orthotics for additional arch support.. I will be back.. thanks, Kat

The shoes and insoles that were recommended are great. You do need to be patient and wait for service but the associates are totally committed to each customer.

I have suffered from planter fasciitis for more than a decade. I finally decided to treat myself right. Wow ! Cyndi was absolutely terrific. Never have I had my feet so accurately measured . She was professional, extremely thorough in her explanation of the entire process and very safety conscious sanitizing what needed to be sanitized. The shoes and inserts have relieved my pain from the 1st day. I will be back. Thank you Cyndi.👍
