Food Lion

I am leaving the review specifically for Sylvia in bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The day that I was going to pick up the cake, I realized that Sylvia had been trying to reach out to me about trouble they were having with a printer they needed to make a part of her cake. She was so worried about not getting in touch with me that she left me her personal cell phone. When I called her back, she politely explained the trouble she was having with the image printer for the cake. She explained that she reached out to all the stores in the area to try and find a store with a printer that would work. She was so kind and was willing to really do anything to rectify the situation. I know that technical difficulties are completely out of her control, but what I really appreciate was her effort to let me know about it before I went to pick up the cake. I also greatly appreciated her kindness and efforts to make sure I was happy with the alternative. Thank you Sylvia and Food Lion for your amazing customer service.

This has become my favorite food lion in the area. Not only is the selection beyond the other local food lions, but it is always stocked. It's a newer store and they displayed it like a Lowes or Harris Teeter feel. Good work Food Lion, now hopefully all the others can mimic this location.

Best Food Lion I’ve shopped at since this store has opened. Clean and organized very well. The customer service clerk/supervisor “Bo Haynes” is very helpful and enjoyable to socialize with while checking out up front. Normally I go through self-check out when I talk with him. I’d give 10/10 stars.

Great store, friendly employees. Produce is normally fresh and very delicious. They usually have everything I need, and the check out crew is always super helpful and friendly.

Staff is super friendly. My hats off to Paula, Tyrone and Bo who are always courteous and helpful.

Great store. Always clean and organized. The staff is so so, not really customer friendly but I expect that these days.
Update: Went back to get groceries and the store was clean but not well stocked. The staff is still as unfriendly if not worse than last week. This visit, when I did my self checkout, there was a mix of managers and employees, 5 in total, and not one of them paid attention to the customers in self checkout. They didn't speak or even look at the self checkout kiosks.

This is definitely one of the nicest Food Lions in the area. Spacious aisles, always fresh produce and meats. They seem to carry a little more variety than the other locations. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I actually drive past 2 other stores to visit this location. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth it.

A great food lion and great location. The place is still brand new- but over all great. Better selection of meats compared to Walmart and other food lions (imo)- and the sushi is better than the Lowe’s across the street (usually fresher, probably because of the more competitive prices- I imagine they get bought more often). Use the app to get coupons/discounts. Edit: also this store always has wipes for the carts available I appreciate it 👍

Our favorite local grocery store. Clean bathrooms and nicely stocked. Opens at 7am

I looked all over for coffee mate sugar free French vanilla in the refrigerated section. Went to 3 different stores! Finally found some at this store! The place was super clean, the cashier was nice & helpful and they had a larger selection than my local Food Lion. Definitely Recommend

This is a brand new location as of December 2021. The store is nice and clean. They have a very wide selection of deli products and a large fresh produce section. I highly recommend you check it out. Another bonus is all the buggies roll extremely well.

My favorite Food Lion ever! The store is well organized, very clean and their inventory is always spot on! This store carry the best poke!

Had lunch at the hot bar, good food employees were friendly and helpful store was clean.

Food lion is coming up in quality of produce to me and in a variety of other products. Also clean. I again think the aisle in the produce section is small so hard to move around if a bunch of people are clogging the area. Easier to get in and out than Walmart.

Loved this place, which it's just not long opened. So you know it's clean but, this one offers more of a variety across the board... From beer & Wine, Cheeses, snacks, & more, Most definitely make a stop here on the way in!

Sylvia in the bakery was amazing and helped me with my last minute baking needs. She gave me great advice and was very professional and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My home store! It's clean, organized, and the deli counter ladies are very nice. Always a good selection in the store and prices are right.
