I don’t see why there’s so many bad reviews. Perhaps due to short staffing which is not their fault, this is your normal average walgreens and they always do my prescriptions very fast and are super nice.

Yeah they are slow, but not as slow as the Walgreens on Timber Drive. They make you wait DAYS to fill a prescription. And the when you go back, they can’t find it. Totally frustrating.

Insanely slow!!!

I’ve been using this Walgreens for about 6 years and it’s been decent enough for the most part. I’ve had a few blunders but nothing super horrible. That is until recently when I revived 2/3 of the equipment I needed. I asked them if I could just wait until all pieces came in since it was all very expensive. They said no, they’d have to send the pieces back if I didn’t pick them up within the week. Still waiting after 2 months and now the pharmacist tells me they will not be getting the third part in since there is now a new version. I asked if I could return the unopened partially completed order and also got a no they cannot do that either.

I have filled my last prescription with this Walgreens. I will miss the convenience but not the incompetence.

Worst Pharmacy .. they take appointments for the Test online but when you go there they don't do it and blame on website!!

Shutting down the pharmacy drive thru when you’re short staffed is the best way to make sure there’s 10 people inside the store coughing on each other in line 👍🏼

Over the years, I have placed multiple photo orders here. Every single time, it takes 30+ minutes to pick up my order. They say my order doesn’t exist, argue with me, and then it always ends up being under the counter. The staff have slowly gotten more and more rude. They are completely incompetent. Management needs to step it up and actually train their staff.

As everyone else has said - their pharmacy is super slow. I’d like to say that it’s because they’re under-staffed (like so many other businesses)…but they’ve been like this well before the pandemic. It’s only gotten worse and more noticeable. The people in the retail side are always nice and friendly - but going to this pharmacy feels like a slog EVERY time.

This pharmacy is the worst. I would not recommend picking up my dog’s prescription from this location. If I could give them
double 00 that is what they would get. I want be back and taking my entire family and friends I know that use this pharmacy back to CVS. I can not stand a lier.

They are sooooooo very slow. And while you wait in line they talk and chat and have fun in the back. Unfortunately there are limited drive through options in this area. CVS, this is a golden opportunity!!!! Come and help us and open a store!

Went to go pick up my antibiotics and literally waited a hour because they said it wasn't ready give them 20 mins so I go back after a hour and they tell me the same thing then I go in again after 30 mins n it's still not ready 🙃 I just Gave up at this point cant wait 3 hours at walgreens for my MEDICATIONN that I desperately need!! I would rate this pharmacy 0 if I could

Not sure why the lady Jackie behind the counter let an elderly woman and myself stand there waiting to check out for almost a solid 5 minutes without even acknowledging us while she logged something into a little binder. There was no one else in line and very few customers in the store. Unacceptable. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Bad experience trying to get a scheduled covid shot. Checked in online for a 315pm appointment and been at this Walgreens now 336pm standing around with no shot. Poor delay and service. Not clear who is helping

Agree on the "super slow" reviews. I keep giving them a chance, since they are close to where I live. Nevertheless they are all the time disappointing. Sometimes it takes up to half an hour to get a medicine, if you are planning to wait there!
