After a fender bender, I stopped at O’Reilly to ask about autobody work. Antonio from O’Reilly auto parts was very kind to help me find the right guy late on a Saturday. Though I wasn’t a paying customer, so to speak, Antonio took the time to help and assist. Thank you, Antonio! You are a kind, knowledgeable guy. I will return to O’Reilly for future automotive needs because of you. Highly recommend!

Antonio is my guy, he's super helpful and friendly. I needed a tool and he was very proactive in looking it up for me and getting it ordered in the same day.

The folks at the O'Reilly by me are as knowledgeable as they are patient, especially with a guy like me who comes in thinking he knows what's going on with his car (hysterical). The prices are as good as anything auto related is these days. And they are always willing to come out and tell you why the Check Engine light is on, no charge.

Had to get the code read for my moms car. The guy helped me out, printed the sheet out and gave me some helpful troubleshooting tips. Experience was great here.

My husband recently died and I am left to maintain a 1999 Toyota. It has 250,000 miles on it and uses oil. I needed my oil checked and so Pep Boys said " bring it over!". Guy was so nice and checked it, showed me the level ...it needed some so he helped me pick the brand and put it in for me. He was VERY HELPFUL to me and I greatly appreciate his kindness and his time. He is an excellent example of "customer service". Good job Pep Boys!!!

Hubby placed an order online for windshield wipers. O'Reilly called when they were ready for pick-up. We went to the store and picked them up. It was easy and smooth. Staff were efficient and fast.

Young man named Mike, went above and beyond in helping me out. I will make it a point for any future needs to see these guys. GREAT SERVICE, which is hard to find these days.

The clerk was extremely helpful. We went in for a check engine light that turned out to be a tire pressure problem. The clerk helped us get fix a flat into the tire and didn't charge us extra. Excellent and pleasant service.

I was having battery problems on my Camry and honestly didn't know what I needed to do. I don't really know anything about cars. I went in and Christian helped me choose the recommended battery for my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Christian, you were a big help. I will definitely be back to this store.

Great people work there I don't go as often but I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. I walked in there without a mask which I think is just to control the people "plandemic" you can regulate how we breath the God's giving free air PERIOD again I highly recommend O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jack! He is always super friendly and always willing to help. He has helped my fiancé and I on numerous occasions. We both drive European cars and they can sometimes be very difficult when it comes to finding the right oems we need. Jack has even been helpful with our current restoration project, a 1964 flexible bus, that's been converted into an RV. Thank You Jack for all you do and have done for us. Jack is a huge asset to your store and is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Plaza Drive!

Great service! I needed a replacement bulb for the rear turn signal of my Ford F150... O'Reilly's website showed me which part I needed and told me it was in stock. I will be going here for all my auto part needs in the future.
