Idk why this place gets a lot of heat, but I've always gone here without any issues, customer service is excellent, and they keep it pretty clean. Unfortunately there some occasions someone might make a mess, but that's just normal with any gas stations. Appreciate them for being consistent.

STATE INSPECTION THERE WAS AMAZING!!!! Please come here for your state inspection!!! I was in and out in 5 minutes!!! The guys were so friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended

Small gas station but in a good location, the inside is run down and their gas prices aren't anything to write home about but it'll do.

The worst gas station. Pump didn’t work properly and when I asked the worker inside he was so unpleasant and just…dumb. If the pump is not working, put a sign or tape on it so customers don’t waste their time. Common sense. And please learn some manners.

Today I went for putting the air for my car. Directly it’s showing 2$ to pay for air instead of starting from 25 cents. I put my credit card and charged 2$ but when I try to put air for 2nd tire, the air pump stopped. Even the air pump not working fine and that too charging 2$ directly with out giving the time to put the air to the all tires. This is ridiculous behavior of the gas station. Worst behavior of the owner as well.

Multiple cards randomly declining. Both had >2000 available credit, and worked down the street at a different gas station.

THIS PLACE STOLE 200 from me!! I put my card in, went inside for some ice, came out and drove off. I had recieved NO GAS and after checking my account saw they had charged me 200 DOLLARS. for a small car that I should've paid no more than 55 to fill. Don't come here unless you like being ROBBED!

NEVER BUY candy or sugar items from this place. I paid $1.79 for a box of Sugar Babies, and they taste like chemicles. I took them back and offered for the attendant to taste one, but he refused. He then transformed into a wild cat and said do not come back again, along with no consideration that he stole my money. He was frightening. I have always visited this station and store, but their prices on their items are too, too high and I have always been apprehensive to buy their items because anyone would know that their prices are extremely high where no one will buy. Thia was just a confirmation of their expired items of which they can care less about keeping their items fresh, and no consideration concerning their customers health, including respect. I will not be visiting Shells gas station again at this location when CVS and Aldi's is across the street, and 711 is down the street if and when I need gas.

I usually frequently visit this location because it is directly across the street from where I live. Today I tried to go to this location to pick up some items and it was 15 minutes before it was due to close. On the door it listed that Monday through Thursdays the store was open until 11 p.m. I had gotten there at 10:45 p.m. and the man saw me pull in to the station and Park. when I went to open the door it was locked and the man was nowhere in sight so I tried the other door on the other side of the store the man came out with a bucket of water to mop the floor and refused to open the door for me and shooed me away with his hands. I felt that this was very rude especially because I had made an effort after work to get to this location before it closed. I'm very disappointed that I now have to drive further away from home to get my items. I surely hope that this was not the owner of the store, because that is very bad customer service and would hate for anyone else to experience this treatment.

Card declined at multiple pumps so I had to pay (with the same card) inside. Loud obnoxious ads play at the pump while you pump gas.

This is always one of the more expensive gas stations in the area. Go to Murphy’s/Walmart instead just northbound on Coit.
