The staff here have always treated me like family. They go above and beyond and out of their way to help me. Especially, Monica she is amazing. Excellent, Walgreens location. Highly recommended to one and all.

Just transferred all our prescriptions from Kroger (who just lost their contract with Tricare) to Walgreens. Man, are we happy. What a huge difference in customer service, speed, price and everything overall. Keep it up Walgreens!!!

I called to see if this Walgreens did passport photos. The automated voice options said yes but it would take an hour to complete. I then called and asked someone at the location and they said 10-15 minutes. Anyways I went and was helped by Robert who was very kind and patient. He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes, all while helping his teammates and other customers too. Thank you to Walgreens and especially Robert for the awesome service!

I don’t really understand why the store has so many low reviews. I just left the store, and the cashier was delightfully friendly and helpful. She pulled some items from the back just so I could sample them. I ended up buying a travel perfume for my trip that she brought out for me. The pharmacist answered all my questions and reassured me that my family could get Covid-tested before our trip. I normally don’t like shopping before vacation, but I actually enjoyed shopping here. Go figure.

I have been to this location many times for medicine and other items. They have been nothing but helpful each time and today they blew my mind! The customer service is so great and I have to give a big shout out to Lori! I needed to gather a couple things that I was not familiar with at all. They are things that 99% of guys know nothing about and she was more than happy to help. I asked her for help and she was more than happy to. She took her time and did not rush through it and even pointed out how purchasing certain items would earn points. I needed to grab something from the pharmacy as well so she offered to hold the items at her register by the fragrances without me even asking. When walking back to her register, she made her self available although she was restocking inventory. She doesn't make this Walgreens feel like just another pharmacy but one that she treats as her own. While I was leaving the store, I could hear her friendliness continue with the next customer. I hope Walgreens knows how lucky they are to have a team member like Lori!

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are the best I’ve ever worked with anywhere! I’ve been here from out of town and all staff are been wonderful about working with my doctors and getting me my extended medication during my extended trip in Plano! It’s been very easy to request to talk with Pharmacy staff from the recorded line about my requests! Staff are very friendly and efficient!

I was having trouble with the photo app online and went in the store and the store manager took the time to show how to use app.
I do not shop at Walgreens ever since CVS stop selling cigarettes, I shop there.

Best tech ever here, the guy ran and grabbed us children's Tylenol so we didn't have to run inside with a sick kid. Thanks Walgreens!!

Friendly staff and open 24 hours. The pharmacy is no longer 24 hours but they are all very helpful.
