A mishap happened that resulted in a package for my customer being returned to me. CP stepped in and seamlessly and willingly resolved the issue for me. Top tier service and professionalism. On behalf of myself, my business, and my customer, a special thank you to CP for all of your help!

They didn’t make me wait on a UPS driver to arrive in order to get a declared value document signed. Offered to scan to my email later when it got signed. Another store was going to make me wait after a long day. Thank you! This will be my new UPS store

I swore I would never come back here after my previous experience a couple years ago with an angry old man that wouldn’t accept my package. However, now under new ownership I went in and could tell immediately there was new ownership by the diverse people that were kind and quick. Happy I can come here again instead going across Cobb pkwy to avoid it.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year and the owner (Dil) and his team are remarkable. Super user friendly and quick. I bring in 3-5 packages in a week and I’m out within minutes. I also drop of my USPS packages here. Love the location, ample parking, and they’re open later than other locations. They’re even open on Sundays!

Had a great experience getting something notarized. Owner was positive, knowledgeable and helpful.
