Wow, I came here with some ideas in mind and Andrea absolutely brang all my ideas to life! She helped me so much that I didn’t even have to look around. She knew the store very well and was very knowledgeable about every product there. She pointed me in the right direction and gave me specific options that fit exactly what I was looking for. Andrea showed us around the store and gave recommendations and made us feel very comfortable looking around the store. She also chatted with us and generally made us feel very welcome.

I’ve been in customer service for about 12 years and was shocked by the polite response I was welcomed with when walking into this place for the first time. I barely got to the door at closing time (open special hours and wasn’t aware until walking up.)
Aster, did the opposite of what I expected someone in this area to do in her situation. I’m not from here, but haven’t been too impressed with the hospitality in any store I’ve been to since moving to north Texas. Austin/Waco is much different than what I’ve experienced here.
Thanks again for your help and service with a smile because oddly enough, it’s what I needed after the day I had.
I will definitely be going back soon if I can expect the same experience.

This was my first time ever going into an adult store by myself, and I almost didn't go because my anxiety was trying to get the best of me. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately given a friendly greeting by the employee and the security guard. I liked the fact that I was required to have my mask on (they have extras, just in case), and I had to use sanitizer, so it was some added peace of mind knowing everything in the store was clean. The employee asked if she could help me find anything, and she immediately directed me to exactly what I was looking for, and she was friendly and talkative the whole time. I'll definitely be going there again in the future!
