My 12/13 visit on the Cunningham location: Can I just say, the Urbana store may be small, but the variety of product is amazing! Even the lady who helped me pick out a few gifts for me & my husband to use was very nice and knowledgeable. She said she was the manager. She sure does know her stuff and gave me very good recommendations. I couldn't wait until Christmas. Had to use our new toys immediately. I'll definitely return and hope to deal with the same person. Made you feel comfortable to talk about what you're looking for.

The employees were VERY nice. Gave good advice and suggested products I bought as well. There were no complaints about my extra small dog.

Pretty decent selection

Pretty decent place, my girlfriend and I visit here often, it's far enough away from home, there is no chance my wife would find us. Great selection of "toys", we always leave with a smile on our faces

Bad customer service! I wanted to check out and the cashier told me I had to wait 10-15 mins because she was doing inventory. She was talking to some other customer who saw me waiting and said I should go ahead but the cashier wouldn’t ring me up. I’ve worker in customer service for years and I believe you’re always supposed to take care of a customer who is waiting for service at the moment. I’ve also been to other adult stores and the staff was always happy to help and attentive.
Ridiculous.
