This location was a very good experience for me! I had to return 13 boxes. They helped me unload from my vehicle and was pleasant. Had a problem with Amazon but Ali was so patience and helped me solved the problem. Offered me some water and made sure I was seating down to make me comfortable. I had to hug him after the time consuming it took me to solve issue with Amazon.
Ali was so caring and supportive.
I will go there going forward. I was100% customer service satisfied!!!

They gave me tape to help tape my box up for shipping. Thank you!! Was at The postal service the same day, they won’t do that, stick with ups !

Sayed absolutely killed it helping with some returns I was doing and a sent package. I was needing to do like 5 items on a timeline, he got me In and out in under 10 minutes. Best UPS Store experience I've had.

I came in with an Amazon return and your Employee I think his name was Faris helped me out very well, he walked with me through the steps of how to return the product and explained everything so well and thoroughly.

Extremely helpful and super friendly. Was in and out quickly on a SUNDAY morning. Package arrived on time and with no rough handling noted. I have used this location several times and also have been impressed with the customer service.

Wonderful customer service. The young man who helped me was phenomenal. I had an item that was 100 lbs so, I asked if I could borrow their dolly. He insisted I pull the car up to the door and he and another young man got it out of my car, as well as some other boxes I had, and brought them in for me.
He even helped me find a way to print out a label.
Definitely a recommend.

The young lady that helped me with returning AT & T's equipment was very helpful, very knowledgeable about her job. I was telling her about the run around I got from AT &T just to return their equipment. The young lady was very very courteous and respectful. I 'm visiting family in the area, and whenever I need to send a package I always choose this UPS Store because the gentleman is always so warm and friendly. He patiently explains the shipping process and schedules. The young lady who works there seems to work well with him. It is never busy when I come in, and I never feel rushed. He even reminded me of the shredding sale going on during this tax season. I will definitely choose this UPS location whenever I need any of their services. It is always good to see friendly faces on the other side of the counter when spending hard earned money. Thank you for your services. I appreciate you.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I'm truly impressed by the staff with their knowledge, professionalism and working well as a team. I needed some documents notarized with witnesses, and my transaction went smooth and quick enough considering they had their hands full with other customers. Not once I felt unattended. I wish all businesses have a team that follows their example. A big THANK YOU to: Saad, Jayley and Hammad.

I would highly recommend this store for anyone in need of packaging and shipping services. Ask for Lupita, she does a truly professional job. I needed a large desktop computer along with accessories shipped overseas, and everything arrived in perfect condition. She really went the extra mile. Thanks Lupita!

Hmmmm - Never had an issue with this location; always friendly. Favorite UPS to drop off Avon returns or Amazon shipments. Whenever Mike was there, we talked about his work life, his son, and basketball back in earily 60s when Blackman bothers were active in Hammond, IN at HHS. What a treat to work with such nice people. Probably were a couple employees not to swift over the years, but, isn't that just way it is when a business is being built. I like this place
