T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Usually when people think about going to any phone store, it's not paired with a positive experience. I have been to this specific T-Mobile store several times for a multitude of questions in services. Each and every time my problem has been solved and customer service has been exceptional. I've never had to wait a crazy amount of time they are always honest and open about what my best solution to any problem would be. Kris and Darren have been the ones to help me every time and they are always spot-on. Their personalities are awesome and each time they deal with a customer it is with respect and efficiency. Glad I have something so close to home to depend on!

These guys were GREAT! Had to switch my old sprint phone over and they made it so. Damn. Easy. Wonderful, helpful, down to earth techs. Explained everything so well. Thank you gentlemen so very much for all your help and great conversation!

Alli did a fantastic job when I came in to the store. Very patient and helped me understand exactly what would happen with my bill when I joined. Couldn't recommend her enough!!!

I have to say I was so frustrated with my phone this morning when I was bringing it into the store. I came in to Cassie and Chris and later joined by Kristina. Not only did Cassie do everything she could to help my situation but she is actually getting a card for me from a different store in the morning and bringing to Clio to save me both time and the trip. I can drop my phone off and they will call when its ready. I have been really thinking of changing companies as I really have never enjoyed the service I've had a sprint stores. I will say though. Clio is the only store I will be going to for as long as I am in the area and with Sprint. It was a good fun group with lots of laughs. My faith has been restored!! Thank you so very much!!

Cassie is the greatest sales person Kris is super helpful and always willing to make the deal work! Jake was great as well! Highly recommend the whole team!

Just switched over a couple phones to Sprint. Got my SIM cards in the mail and despite a background in tech support I was unable to navigate the waters. After chat support was proving frustrating I decided to stop at a local Sprint store. It was busy but Randy was a total pro and got me up and running with zero headache. He was a good sport and fun person to work with. A+++. Would use again.

I came in here just to get a sim card replacement. The customer ahead of me was an 80ish year old woman switching from a flip phone to a smartphone. The staff was so patient with her and great at answering her many, many questions.

Chris was awesome he had me in and out in no time...best store around!!!

Everytime I go in, I am treated with respect. They answer my questions, get me what I need and don't make me spend any more than I have to. I don't feel pressured to keep buying. A great team.
