Big John Steak & Onion

It's a big John's so it's good of course! The people doing service where great! My fiancee had never been and the guy at the register was so friendly and kind. Helping to explain the menu and what was good. Putting the sauce on the side and everything so my fiancee could try it.

They've always gotten my order correct here. I love that they have a drive thru. The staff has been friendly and quick. If you are like me and using the drive thru and driving more than a couple of minutes, highly recommend getting the subs without Italian Dressing or Mayo. You can add them when you get home and then your bread won't be soggy. I love the philly chicken, the Super Italian and of course the steak & onion.

All their food is great! Hot & fresh everytime. We love their chicken salads! They are delicious, packed with flavor, plentyful & at a great price! Employees are always so kind & willing to help!

Steak & onion is what they do. Not much else offered but why mess up a good thing! Good sandwich. No gristle and bread was fresh. Place is clean and service is friendly with a smile! Will return.

Tonight I decided to go to Big John's. I went to Big John's on Pierson road . When I got there I got in line and soon realized that there was a problem with their grill. Not wanting to wait. I left and went to the big John's in Clio! When I got to the drive-thru I ordered three subs. I pulled around and he gave me a total and I gave him my credit card. After hearing the total, I realized that it was too cheap. I quickly got the gentleman's attention and let him know about the problem. He quickly fixed it without even batting an eye! The best customer service in a long time! Matt, props to the guy at the drive-thru window!

People are super chill and the environment is always pleasant. People are honest and friendly about product recommendations and we always have an easy and fast transaction when going here. Subs are very wet by the time we get home (about 10 minutes), but that's just how big John's is, no matter which one you go to :)

It has been close to 30 years since I've had a good steak sub. So I was excited to find big John's. Been back two times and the steak subs are awesome. , great staff, clean. Can't wait until my next visit.
