I knew I should have come here in the first place. Was at dunkin' in Birch Run earlier. Terrible service. Well I guess I can't call it Terrible because they never served me lol. They were too busy talking to each other. Three younger possibly high school girls working killing it! Good job ladies. Everything was great. No complaints

Was having a hard time finding decaf at the trendy coffee shops stopped at Tim Hortons they had it by the cup or by the bag people were very friendly and nice

I wish I would have discovered breakfast at Tim Hortons a long time ago and quit wasting time at McDonald's. Such good food. I used to come every once in awhile for a drink and now I'll come every once in a while for breakfast and a drink. Thank you always having friendly staff and good food

Visited this location earlier today (Sunday January 24th). They only had 2 people total working but those 2 people were amazing. The young lady at the drive thru apologized for the wait, was extremely sweet & actually pretty quick with what she was dealing with. Wish I could have gave her a hug but had to settle for a generous tip. I hope the manager or owner knows what a gem he has with this young lady representing his company!

Very friendly & polite & quick having your order ready to go. They're French vanilla iced caps are astronomical & reasonable prices. Highly recommend best Tim Hortons to go too. 😊

I often stop at this location and I love the coffee, bagels, breakfast items and soup. All of the staff I have met so far have been friendly and helpful. Last week I realized I left my cell phone at a party, so I stopped at this Tim Hortons location and asked to use a phone. Jacob, an employee here, let me use his phone to call my friend so I could get my cell phone back. Thank you for your being willing to help me out!

Bought a large double cream coffee as well as a breakfast sandwich. Service was great and so was my order but my location was slightly slow. If you go in you get your coffee almost Instantly.

Great selection. The app has a plethora of coupons! The do order ahead through the app as well. Jighly recommended the old fashioned dip donut. Great interior, recently remodeled and clean. Friendly staff. They have sugar free hazelnut and vanilla

2nd shift is amazing. The young man with big hair and amazing smile is so polite as well as the others. I stopped coming in the morning because they all got the order wrong. Never an issue with the young men on 2nd. Thank you.

Instead of just trying to push people through the line they took their time and made sure everything was correct. They were clearly training someone either new or new to the spot working and they were doing a great job teaching too! Great job Tim Hortons!

I frequent many Tim Hortons Restaurants. By far the Clio location morning shift is the most efficient, accurate and fast staff. I do not know who trained them but hats off to you. Let me add amazingly polite to my list of differences from other locations. They are simply Rock Stars.

I called this morning and asked if I could order 8 plain, 4 everything bagels cut with a tub of regular cream cheese and pick them up in 20 minutes. She said, Of coarse ma’am. I drove thru the drive . Thank you so much!

We came through the drive through at about 5:40 today. The service was exceptional, fast and friendly. The gentleman with longer hair was incredably helpful!
