We went in for oil change and then came back for a tire rotation. The staff helped us get us the best deal and get in and out quickly with no problems. They were very polite and respectful to both my wife then to me as well. We will be back and will be telling everyone to go there as well.

I have went to this Monro location for a handful of various car troubles with both my wife’s car as well as my own and I cannot say enough good things! The price always seems like a deal and they are always quick and proficient with not just the diagnosis of the problem but the fix as well. It’s like having a family member for a mechanic without all the trouble that comes along with relatives 😂 5/5 stars every time! Also they seem to hire only competent and friendly people, great place. I recommend it to anyone & everyone 👍

A++ Service. Was in Bay City for a National Guard drill when I blew a tire out in a pothole. Called around and turned out that only Monro in Clio had a set of tires available for my car. Luckily they were open on a Sunday, drove down on my spare and they had all my tires replaced within an hour. Highly Recommend

Set up appointment for an alignment, arrived about 1.5 hours early to appointment, they got us in and out before scheduled appointment. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

These guys went above and beyond. My work schedule prevents me from ever making it to get stuff done before closing time. These guys at monro got me in at the end of the day mounted and balanced 4 tires for me. Definitely will be my go to for service for now on.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was performed on schedule and in a timely manner. Highly satisfied with my new tires, the price, and the quality of the install work.

Staff was great! They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I need anything from them they take care of it.

The only complaint I do have is the waiting room is always around 85 degrees. I have asked why it’s so hot and they said it’s because of the windows. They always reassure me that the heat is not on. It is not a comfortable environment to sit in while waiting. They were kind enough to let us prop the door open while we waited.

Had a headlight go out, which Monro had replaced a few months back. They realized the bulb was just defective, and replaced it without charging me. That’s a stand-up thing to do, and I didn’t have to ask - they just did the right thing. Five stars on service.

These guys were great! My daughter blew a tire on 75 around 5:30 pm. While I drove down to help her pull the tire (no spare was included with this car year), she called Munro to see if they had the tire, and they were very helpful. I got the tire off, and we arrived at the shop a few minutes before closing. They were happy to change the tire, and we were out the door in less than 10 minutes. A short time later, she was on her way, and I was headed home! I am so grateful they were open late and appreciate the quick job and their kindness!

Great experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. Work was done hours before I ever thought it would be.

Great place. Called at 7:30 one morning cause I got a flat. They had me in at 9 and out by 9:30.

I walked in mid day for set new tires was vary convenient affordable and friendly service I was in and out with new set of cooper AT3s in about a hour highly recommend.
