Rally's

We haven't had Rally's in a long time so we decided to try it tonight. My husband & I each got the Rally Meal Deal which comes with Rally Burger, Fries, Chicken Bites & drink. We large sized it making each meal only $7 each. Rally Burger had no toppings but fries and chicken bites were great. For $7 we can't complain & we will definitely be back. Friendly Service

Drive thru . Had their cheeseburger bites wasn't to impressed . Should have stuck to what I know . Besides that Rallly's has decent burgers , love their spicy fries . My lunch date ( my dog ) enjoyed his plain burger.

Rally's has a great 5 for $5.00 biggie bag. Fries, sandwich, nuggets and drink all for 5 dollars I don't believe any other Fast Food Restaurant can compete with this deal. Food is of good quality also.

Amazing customer service!!! I went in there yesterday to order food and was met with the best customer service from each person I spoke to. They were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I left my wallet behind by accident, called today and they had kept it stored for me safely. One lady even had said she was thinking of reaching out to me on Facebook because she understood what it would feel like to lose your world. I could not appreciate the team working there more! They all deserve raises! Thank you so much!

Pretty speedy and accurate service. I was a little hesitant about the AI at the speaker, but I don't think it slowed anything down. My drinks and shakes were given to me as soon as I got to the pickup window.

I stop here almost every time I visit Frankenmuth. The workers are always great and the food is good.

We just went through and were helped by Amber. She is the nicest cashier I've had the pleasure of being waited on in a long time! Our order was fast, food was hot, and ALL of the employees were seriously awesome!

Shoutout to everyone here this afternoon(6-7-2021)You were friendly and offered excellent service that felt legit and not forced. I work in customer service and was impressed with your sincerity! I adore the fact that you had a sign that read "you have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal life, be nice its just that simple" and it is in view for your staff when dealing with customers, but also in view for customers when dealing with your staff. This is how it should be everywhere

So the gentleman who took my order at the Clio location said that they no longer have the chili cheese burger. But he offered to improvise and put chili on a burger for me. I was shocked!! I was happy. How lovely!! It turned out someone had to show him where the button for it was, and they still have it. But even if they didn't, and that young guy offered to fix what he saw as a problem. ( I mean it was but I was like hm ok maybe they got rid of it). Great customer service!

We love the chicken tenders!!! The honey mustard is the best.

These employees were awesome. Came into get some food before clinicals, ended up singing a sea shanty with the boys who were working while they made my food. 10/10. Best fast food place I've ever been to

Everything I ordered was well prepared and within the perfect time. The only thing I can say bad was I'm not use to those Rally/Checkers fries which are already seasoned to have additional salt and it was to much added so I had to get some fresh fries without the added regular salt. Other then that minor hiccup everything else was perfect 👌

Went through the drive-thru for ice cream last night. We had to wait a long time, but we were informed that they were short staffed. The staff was friendly and upbeat. Our ice cream was delicious too!
