First time visiting a Metro PCS location. Only purchased at Meijer years ago and online 2 years ago. This place is under new management, so take previous reviews lightly. I bought my new phone from the manager only a few hours ago. Extremely helpful, polite, honest, it was like dealing with your own brother. It's worth your time to stop in.

This is the only metro to go to in the area. I've been to them all. The service here is perfect. Went to other stores with no resolutions. This is the 3rd time I've drove out of my way to go here and been well taken care of. Exceptional customer service from Don in there tonight and I've had great service from 2 other employees prior. Thank you!

The best store the best service I bought a new stylo 6 and the guy there is great he transferred all my stuff put my screen protector on for me perfectly I’d recommend this store to all my friends and family he also gave me a discount on the case and screen protector. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

They are always so nice in there unlike the Metro PCS in Mount Morris. I will never go to another Metro PCS except the one in Clio.
