The absolute best coffee place around! The best staff, especially the morning shift! I go in every morning, I'm greeted, and I've been going long enough that everyone knows my order.

Quintin is by far the best employee there, always striking up a conversation, asks how I'm doing, etc. Don't get me wrong, I love all the staff, but he's definitely my favorite person there.

There may be times that they're busy, it's a coffee place. A lot of people love coffee. That said, they go as fast at they can, and I appreciate them all for what they do.

I've met another franchise owner who comes to where I work regularly, and I told him to let Meghan, the owner of Clio Biggby, how wonderful her staff is.

Meghan, if you happen to read this. I hope to one day meet you, but give everyone a raise! They all deserve it. Your morning shift is the absolute best 👌

Frozen Apple Cider Was delicious. The pumpkin muffin was really moist & sweet. Definitely loved it!

This is my go to coffee place Katie and the whole crew are amazing. Quinton always has my order going as soon as I walk in the door. I don't even have to say a word to anyone in there. They're always so polite and friendly. This store is by far the best

Love this place. We always stop on our way home from up North. They give treats to our dogs. The employees are always so nice. One employee even brought out water to our dogs. So nice. Also a nice grassy area to walk the dogs. :).

I came through the drive through almost every weekday for about a year because of my previous job. Everyone was great and the service was always quick. This is probably my favorite location. Always got the same things and it always tasted great!

The baristas at this location are phenomenal. Drinks always come out yummy! I was having a rough day and they happened to write "have a nice day" on my sweet foam mocha cold brew ❤ made my day!

The girls here were super friendly. When I told them it was my first time trying their coffee they took the time to ask me some questions about what I like and made great suggestions based on what I told them. They really seemed to know what they were doing. The price is a little less than their competition and I think it was better coffee. I'll be back.

First time ever at Biggby Coffee in Clio today. The staff there were very friendly, skilled and helpful (since I'm a fairly new coffee drinker). Ended up with a delicious cup of coffee. I'll be back!

Coming from Jersey, I made it a mission to get Biggby Coffee on my worktrip in Michigan. My coworkers and I were really happy with our drinks at this location. They ordered the Caramel & Butterscotch Lattes, and I ordered the Sweet Foam Caramel Cold Brew with a shot of espresso as I was told that Friday was Free Shot Day.

Fast friendly service from Abby and Christian (I believe that was his name). I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Haven't eaten their food so can't give stars but it's my go to place.. neverrr have I been disappointed

Newer location in birch run so we tried it and the people who work there always have a huge smile abd are super friendly. Cracked a few jokes with us at the window while we waited for our drink, will definitely return

I usually stop at this location when I'm either heading north or coming back home it's a convenient spot to get on and off 75. Every time I come here no matter what staff is on duty they're always really friendly and super fast. The location is always clean and the atmosphere is great.

The staff is so friendly and helpful when I have questions. I really enjoy their positive dispositions, our drinks or food items are always wonderful.
